5 stars to the LG team for the quality repairs on my car. John doesn’t try to upsell you and, in fact gives practical tips for cosmetic improvements (for the car!) you can do yourself. I also was under some time pressure to have my car back and the team bent over backwards to make that happen. And they are cheerful and friendly. What more can you ask for? I’ll definitely recommend them to others. Thanks to the whole team.

The best auto shop in silver spring! Walked in for a consult. Got my estimate same day. Repair only took 3 days. They even detailed the inside of my car! Friendly staff Nilton was great along with the rest of the team.

LG Autobody is simply the best. Their work is terrific: professional, beautiful, careful - the best. They were able to complete everything in less than a week AND their fee was far less than the collision shop at our dealer. John is attentive, caring, and completely availaable. Thank you so much LG!

LG Auto body is professional. They have systems that work. They are responsive. And they have integrity. They've worked on our car twice. When we called them a third time for a scratch, they resolved our issue with the least time in the most affordable way

This place has earned my business, even though I’ve never actually used them. I brought my Kia Soul in for a quote on some rust damage repair and the person at LG came out to take a look even though they don’t do rust repair and told me that the damage should be covered by the manufacturer warranty and that if it isn’t he could just replace the rusted lift gate entirely for a very reasonable price. I very much appreciate his help and honesty.

Unfortunately I can’t give a good review on work- just on customer service. I brought my car in after a minor fender bender for an estimate and decided to go with them the next day. I called and was told the parts would be ordered and would probably come in in a day, and my car would be ready by the weekend. They never called back at all. It’s now been over a week. So now I’m taking my $1000+ job and going with someone else. I guess y’all don’t need the work or the money.

Communication with Andrew was good, but once my car was dropped off, other staff I communicated with after was just meh. They Didn't even put all the lug nuts back on my wheel, but I guess that's just DMV service. Hopefully my car Jack is in my trunk so I can properly install it myself, I don't think I will be using them again. and they loss my car club securtiy key, so my car was stuck at and had to call a locksmith for 150 to remove the club

Working with Drew, John and I cant remember the other young man name but he had a foreign accent they are the bomb. The fellow with the foreign accent literally drove me to pick up my rental and removed my grandson's car seat without hesitation. The service have always be amazing with the mechanics.

I would not recommend the body shop very long wait time inaccurate estimates that prolong repair poor communication they leave your car dirty and unfinished

They took such good care of my car! It was such a quick process from start to finish and they did an excellent job on my repair. I can't even tell that there was damage now. I definitely recommend LG Auto Body Silver Spring to anyone looking for quality service with repairing their vehicle!
