I went for my lab work today, and I believe my phlebotomist said her name was Patrice. She was running the desk expertly, while also doing the blood draws. She was kind, friendly, reassuring, and down to earth. Best of all, I'm usually a tremendously difficult stick, and she got it on the first try (painlessly). The facility is clean and there was no wait (although I did schedule an appointment). Great experience!!

Excellent staff and phlebotomy staff. Easy checkin on 3 stations. Very fast service even tho I was a walkin. Doctor sent my paperwork electronically so everything was there! Highly recommend. On 4th floor. Plenty of parking and handicap parking.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. We arrived 15 minutes early as told. Texted to be invited into the office. Left our car and arrived to a PACKED waiting area with 3 machines for check in. Only 1 was working. Waited in line for 15 minutes (10 past the scheduled time to be seen) and still hadn't been able to check in. The machines were difficult to figure out because each person took several minutes to use it. Between the long wait time and packed room, I knew the appointment time was meaningless and left. They have a monopoly on some testing, apparently, because why would anyone go there? They don't have their act together and expect people to be patient - and wait endlessly - because of a lack of sufficient admin and/or staff support. Either that or they're incompetent and perpetually overbook. Ask your doctor to send their requests to a different lab.

Do not use this LabCorp location. I wish I could give them no stars. I dropped off a specimen kit and my doctor and I waited and waited for the results. When I first called, I was told that it could take a week to get lab results. After two weeks I called again and was given another number to call to check on results. The first number was a pre-recorded number of someone trying to sell me a medic alert bracelet. I assume this number is used by the staff to get rid of persistent callers. I called back and got a different person and was given a number to call for lab results. The woman at this location saw where I had signed in to drop off the kit, but she had no record of a kit being picked up or processed. So now, this whole process has to be repeated but I will definitely be dropping the kit off at a different LabCorp location. Obviously, the staff at this particular location is incompetent.

I have issues with lightheadedness and fainting during blood work. Everyone was super sweet and accommodating. Thanks to the entire staff; much appreciated!

Paula did an excellent job taking my blood today for my labs. Thank you Paula!! Checking in was also super easy with the app! And the office looked nice and clean! Plenty of parking too!

Happy alert to all the bad reviews: Now that old location has moved to 2730 University Blvd, corner of Veirs Mill and University, it has transformed to a fantastic, lots of big windows, well staffed location. Both times I have used it have been very positive and quick. Way to go Lab Corp!

Seamless easy intake. The phlebotomist is hands down one the best (Quick, good at finding veins). Very clean and sanitary. I'm in and out in ten minutes sometimes.

Made an appointment for routine blood work. The system allows you to "check in" online and "wait where you're comfortable" (in your car) for a text from them to be seen. What this means in reality is waiting in your car until you realize you're not getting a text, and then going in just to be told you're being booked as a walk-in because of your "late" arrival. Go anywhere else.

Really, really long wait. We were told the wait would probably be 15 mins and definitely not longer than a half hour. It took well over an hour to be seen. At least an hour and 15 mins if not an hour and a half. My wife had hip surgery and was in a lot of pain. The initial time estimate felt like a bit of a cruel trick to keep our business. The queue turned out to be extremely long and they only had two people working. One of them told someone shortly before we were seen that they were about to leave, so they would be down to one person, which was why she was trying to rush to get people signed in. I can't even imagine how bad things will be after that point. How do you run a business like this? Had we known how long the wait would be we would have definitely gone somewhere else. I don't recommend this lab.

Walked in here .I arrived on time for my appointment . Unfortunately I had to wait because the seemed to be so busy yet doing nothing.and I had a patient waiting for me at the hospital were I work . Very disappointed in their service. Putting on those long nails that can even type. What kind of service is this . After letting her know that I have a client waiting for me at the hospital she didn’t really seem to care. You can imagine.

A Master Class in inefficiency:I've been going here for a long time for my bloodwork as it is convenient to my work location. Last week I went in with 3 lab orders from 3 different doctors. many of the tests were duplicate tests. they refused to combine the orders and told me that I needed to tell them which tests "not to do". they would not give me a straight answer as to whether all doctors would be notified of results if I chose to do only 1 of the 3 exact same tests. they were not willing to be of any help at all. instead, in order to make sure all my doctors got the results they needed they charged me and my insurance 3 times and drew countless vials of blood to run many tests multiple times. A true master class in inefficiency.
