I highly recommend Sam Kugler and his team. The service they provided made my experience replacing 9 window treatments in my home a dream. Working with Sam was incredible, he arrived on time, is very personable, experienced, and in addition has a wonderful eye for color combinations (one of the hardest parts of process). He meticulously measured every single window and answered all of my questions. The price was fair compared to the competition. It only took two weeks from order to installation for my Hunter Douglas Duette shades! And he informed me of a federal energy efficient tax break!! The back-office staff is very efficient and everything proceeded smoothy as Sam described. The installation team, Victor and Albert were equally personable and excelled at hanging the shades.

We had an incredible experience with Kugler Home Fashions, from choosing the window treatments to installation. Sam Kugler offered honest expert advice. He did not try to upsell and was very transparent with cost implications of different products and color options. He gave an accurate estimate when the order would arrive and when it could be installed. His installation crew was phenomenal. They arrived on time and expertly installed six window treatments in less than half an hour. Highly recommend this place. And by the way, the store is really a fun place and worth a trip.

Sam did a great job of helping us select our new blinds. He took the time to explain the various features and options that are available. His expertise of matching blinds to a certain type of room have made us happy customers. The installation was professionally done and the installers took the time to explain how to operate the blinds. We highly recommend doing business with Kugler's Home Fashions. The difference in my sunroom is night and day! I have all the light and privacy. They close completely at night and and provide sun and privacy. Sam was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable on all his products. I will be going back to complete the rest of my windows soon! Couldn't be happier!!?

I am so happy with my vertical shades from Kugler's. The shades are perfect for my condo's walkout doors and add a modern elegance to the rooms. It was so easy - ordering, delivery and installation. I truly recommend Kugler's for window treatments.

We had a great experience with Sam and his team at Kugler’s home fashions when installing a number of shades in our new home. Sam came and did the measurements himself and was quick, professional and efficient. He sourced us a good quality shade at a reasonable price. He checked in with us through the process and let us know when to expect them, and they came rather quickly. Victor was great in his installation and the shades look great. Thank you to the whole team for making the process so easy and straightforward. Would definitely recommend them for window coverings!

Sam was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was prompt, knowledgeable and a wonderful rep to work with. He knew his stuff but was not pushy at all. Both my husband and I really enjoyed his input and are thrilled w/ our final selections for blinds in our newly renovated home. The process was seamless. The blinds arrived exactly when Sam said they would and his installers scheduled our installation for the next business day. The installers were also prompt, professional and knowledgeable, completing the job in no time at all! Overall, five stars and will definitely be a repeat customer:)
