I had a great experience having my wedding band made at Kripps Jewelers. I had a family heirloom that I wanted incorporated into my band, and they were so thoughtful and accommodating throughout the process. Sahil (Sam) communicated with me throughout and gave me updates and designs along the way so that I could offer my input. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Kripps Jewelers!

I stopped by here to ask about getting my ring re-sized and an anklet bracelet cleaned! the staff was SOOOO very friendly - i immediately felt comfortable with them working on my jewelery. they were able to get everything done within 3 hours! and my anklet looks great and my ring fits perfectly! i would definitely recommend and plan on returning to them for any other jewelery needs I may have in the future. thank you!!

Had to take care of a little bit of business in this place today, and I don't think I could have had a better experience!From the initial phone call in the afternoon, that was answered promptly, to walking in the store later and being greeted by multiple folks, to discussing the actual transaction, everything was calm, comfortable, and easy to understand.I dealt with Sammy, but everyone seems knowledgeable and friendly.I can't speak for other jewelers in the area, but I know that I will certainly come back here for both buying and selling!

Hi I went to Kripps Jewelers a few days ago my best friend recommended it and I met the sales associate keerthi the sales associate there and she was very helpful and kind to me and I got some repairs done from Paul Jeweler. I also bought my girlfriend a beautiful pendent and it was amazing. It’s a lovely family business Keerthi, her brother and husband are great people and treated me like family. I love this place and recommend everyone shop there!

I had a custom pinky ring made by a jeweler in Washington state, however they sized it incorrectly and it was too big. I googled searched jeweler in Maryland and Kripps Jewelers popped up with 5 stars rating and 190 reviews so I decided to call. The woman who answered was extremely helpful. She informed me that I needed to come in just to ensure I was re-sizing it properly. I’m glad she told me this because I went in before Paul left for the day. I met with Sammy and he was extremely knowledgeable. He measured my ring and it was a lot larger than what the original jeweler told me it was. We worked with Paul to make sure I didn’t size down too small. I appreciate how they both took the time to help me and get my ring perfect! It took less than 30 mins to resize my ring and polish it. I was in and out so fast, I was left in awe. I’m glad I found them so I wouldn’t have to mail my ring back to Washington state and wait to receive it. Everyone was extremely professional and I will be back to Kripps for all my jewelry needs.

I am so happy that I stopped in to Kripps Jewelers today! I had a broken prong on my engagement ring that Paul (their incredible craftsman who works on site) was able to fix in less than 30 minutes! I sincerely enjoyed my visit and conversation with everyone working there as I waited for my ring to be repaired. I will be returning shortly to appraise a few family pieces and look forward to sharing another good review of that process :) If you have a jewelry item that needs to be repaired, I absolutely recommend stopping in!

For the last decade I have purchased all my wife's jewelry from Kripps Jewelers. The service is great, Vin is very friendly and will listen to me when I explain what I am looking for and show me--or even create--exactly what I want without showing me anything I am not interested in seeing. On a couple occasions, I have asked Vin to create custom pieces using/accenting family heirlooms, and everything has been spectacular. My wife and I love everything that I have ever purchased from Kripps Jewelers and I have not shopped at another Jewelry store in the last decade. The beautiful workmanship is amazing, and Vin's service is beyond compare...I actually enjoy going to the jeweler!

I wish I could leave them more than 5 stars! I was helping my brother engagement ring shopping for his gf.. we chose their store to begin our search- but it was the beginning and the end! They were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful .. they made his special day out of this world. A day we will never forget. Btw- she said yes!! Thank you Kripps Jewelers. I stuck my head into the shop because I had time before picking up my child. I was greeted by Sam. He was super friendly and inviting. Because I felt comfortable with him, I brought in a couple family heirloom pieces to get appraised. His cousin, I'm sorry I forgot his name, helped me figure out what to appraise and what not to appraise. They seemed honest and not pushy. At the end, I looked at some pieces they had for sale. They seem to have a lot of variety and have an in house jeweler to custom make items. I'm glad i stopped by and met them. As I was waiting and chatting, more family members were popping in. It felt like a nice family business. Definitely support this business!

I recently had a ring stuck on on a swollen finger that I could not remove. I went into the shop and they removed the ring and are going to repair it. They even gave me ice for my finger. These people are the nicest people you would ever want to meet. They made me feel so welcome. The jewelry that I saw in their shop was absolutely beautiful. I have recommended them to all my coworkers.
