I recently purchased a CX 50 at this location and I was impressed with how personable the staff was during my visit, especially Miguel Acevado, who took me on my test drive. Sure, everyone is expected to be nice when trying to sell you a car. Miguel followed up a couple of times to make sure I was adjusting to the new vehicle days after money had been exchanged.

My experience at Koons Mazda of silver spring has been nothing short of amazing! As skeptical as I was at first (yes, I was totally against Mazda lol), Miguel made my buying experience smooth and enjoyable! He was knowledgeable, efficient, transparent, humorous and offered all around excellent customer service! He made me comfortable during the entire process and yep! You guessed it!….made me a Mazda lover for life! Lol Thanks Miguel!!

The Koons Motors mobile service team did a great job with the maintenance on our Lincoln Aviator. They explained the details of the service and then sent a video explaining any suggested future services (IE air filter).

Bought a CX-5 June 29, 2024. It was a satisfactory experience. However the post experience left a lot to be desired.
If you are in the process of buying a car from Koons Mazda. Let me tell you if you are running 5 minutes late, they will call you, email you, perhaps they would even send in search and rescue to bring you into the dealership to buy a car.
But afterwards, if you have a cosmetic issue like I did. You might as well be a corpse. Because communicating to them the issues or getting the situation relayed to the correct person is impossible and I felt l might as well be dead. Cause that's how I felt. So hope you do not have any post issues with your newly purchased car..

**Review for Scott, Supervisor at Ford and Mazda Service**
I want to express my sincere gratitude to Scott, the supervisor at Ford and Mazda Service, for his exceptional customer service and dedication. I had been getting the runaround from three different sales managers regarding parts that needed to be fixed on my 2021 Mazda CX-5, which was covered under our service contract. Despite the frustration and lack of clear communication from the managers, Scott was the ONLY employee who truly advocated for me.
Scott took the initiative to follow up with the sales managers, ensuring that they finally gave him the approval to order the necessary parts at no charge. His persistence and commitment to resolving the issue were the reasons I was able to get my Mazda back in working order. If it wasn't for Scott's kind and helpful assistance, I might still be waiting for my car today.
It's important to note that I had been without my car for over a month and a half, and the issue involved something as critical as a new front headlight. Scott understood the urgency and made sure that my vehicle was properly serviced and returned to me as quickly as possible.
Thank you, Scott, for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. You truly made a difference in my experience, and I appreciate all your hard work. Patty
