If you don't have a knowledgeable person to go with you when shopping don't go to this dealership. My first time buying a car on my own and it was the worst experience! I did my research beforehand but they still swindled me out of more money for a used vehicle that I owe more on than its value. The manager was very rude when I told him I didn't want to go over my budget. Had a number of issues with the vehicle and when I took it back the first two times they lied about it being fixed. They finally ended up correcting one issue but not the scratches in the paint but now that im due for the maintenance I cant ever get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls. The original Koons owners would not be happy with how this business is making a bad name for Koons. I regret my purchase to this day and will never refer anyone to them. Don't let the pretty shiny vehicles fool you. You will get stuck with a headache!

OMG just got off the phone with Minion making an appointment for a recall. She huffing and puffing like I wasting her time. I hate Koons Silver Spring. Their customer service is awful all the time.

So I very rarely will leave a negative review. But I would like to warn the public on this dealership. I own a transportation company and bought 2 vehicles here. I buy around 50 vehicles a year. This is the worst experience I have had at a dealership. I literally had to file a police report because I paid cash for vehicles that I was told would be ready and took over 7 days. There was always some excuse. I even contacted the corporate entity which will probably respond to this review. Do not believe a thing they say. Just go somewhere else. They will just lie to you in very and over and over. I have it all in text.

So i bought brand new lincoln corsair at this dealership. So today on november 7 2023. With only 577miles on odometr i got sevice need soon light on dash board. Powertrain mulfuction, reduced power, within 20 min another light came up check engine, engine service need soon which means ,an electrical fault has occured with turbocharger wastegate position sensor circuit and its associated wiring. My trim is base awd, and looks like that dealership is selling broken vehicles. I wasnt expected that surprise on that low mileage. Be very careful when you buy from them. This dealership selling recalled but didnt fixed vehicles.

Horrendous. Dropped a boat load of cash on a car, still no Lincoln in the driveway. Seems like I’m intentionally being stalled, this is and issue, that’s an issue, we need to fix this, we need to fix that… so much for a ‘certified Lincoln’ honestly contemplating refusal of delivery once it does arrive, getting my cash returned and going to another dealer. Not impressed at all. Do yourself a favor, get you car from somewhere else.

Great experience , very helpful and organized.Danilo Mestichelli made was feel like home and help us with every crazy and silly question we had on our new baby Lincoln Navigator.I will definitely recommend stopping buy and reach out to Danilo and you will not have the pressure to buy he will help you with yours needs not just trying to sell you something that you don’t want. Definitely I’ll come back when is time to upgrade .

I have bad experience with this dealership. So bought car in august and after 2 month passed still did not received my registration and licence plates. So if you live out of state of maryland try to void this specific dealer, try others , hopefully they offer faster service with registration and always force to get financed only thru lincoln finance wich is 1.9% for 36 month, because all dealers will try to get financing thru banks with 10%. Good luck with purchasing.

I truly recommend not to go there for services.Since I have a warranty coverage for 2022 Lincoln Natules my vehicle. They still hold me to replace the part since sep 1/23 it’s been 20days no answer.They said they email linco they’re waiting there respond shame on them.What poor customer service..

The experience I had may not be typical. The turn-in and lease of my new Lincoln went through with only a few bumps during the process.The key here was the willingness of the new Lincoln staff to work a very good deal for both of us. I think my old Lincoln Corsair, in excellent condition, was important to them as a valuable trade. That being said, the staff was responsive, and, the Silver Spring arranged for the turn-in and delivery. Overall, my experience was a good one.

What is going on why you guys are so lying, your finance said that the money will go 50 50 to finance and principal but I got the letter from ally which is stating 80 percent finance and 20 percent principal, also the wells team is faking out and the sold me a car with issues I called from the first day no one is answering the phone and no response to the messages and all. I want this issue to be solved from tomorrow I am coming I will not let you guys like this

Poor service experience. No call back after leaving several messages. No updates on car after 5 days. And no initial timetable for service. I'm going to write a letter about it, but this has been an awful experience.
