Professional, efficient, affordable. They came to my home office, took my very large printer back to their shop for some messy work that needed to be done, and brought the printer back to me the very next day. Super affordable and prompt. Excellent customer service. You will not do better than these guys for printer repairs!

The spacebar on my sixty-year-old typewriter wasn't working, so I brought my typewriter to Kensington Office Machines. It was fixed just two weeks later and it's working perfectly now. The repair cost was reasonable and the employees were friendly and competent. I will definitely come back here if my typewriter needs any repairs in the future.

I had the great fortune of discovering Kensington Office Machines on my google search. I had an old Canon color printer that stopped printing due to an "error code" and brought it into the office for a diagnostic review. It's a long story, but after a week of doing everything possible to fix it, alas, it could not be repaired without replacing the ink head, which would cost the same as a new printer. Although they couldn't fix my now discontinued Canon printer, they were so wonderful, from beginning to end. With fabulous communication, professionalism, time, energy and attention. Tricia, the Office Manager, and Tom, the tech manager were both fantastic to work with. And Sam, the technician who worked so hard to try to fix it, were all three absolutely wonderful. For all the time they took, and all the back and forth telephone calls and messaging, it was just a small fee charged for the initial diagnostic review. They never charged for all the effort and time trying. Bravo to Kensington Office Machines. Check out their website and see all the other services they provide. Quite helpful. Stand behind their work. They fixed my typewriter, within 5 days the same problem happened. I was told to bring it in. They repaired it at no cost to me. I like it. ??

I HIGHLY recommend this place. I have an HP Officejet Pro printer, that I purchased about 5 years ago. I googled and took it to this certified
HP place out Jessup, MD. They told me they couldn’t fix it, the parts are not abled to be ordered, and I should get a new one. Then had the nerve to say “if I wanted to leave it they recycle printers”. I paid over $1,000 when I purchased this printer. I wasn’t going to just take their word, I wanted a 2nd or even 3rd opinion if I needed to, because when I spoke to an HP representative last year they told me I could repair it. Well when I brought it to Kensington, they fixed it within a few days. Makes me wonder if the other place was trying to steal my parts or something, smh. Kensington did a fantastic job, my printer works like brand new. And the price was reasonable.

They have poor phone etiquette and rude customer service. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that the rude person was indeed the supervisor. I will NEVER patronize this company.

I honestly just love Kensington Office Machines.I have known them for years and continue to use them as a source for repairing things.I love how nice the managers are and I am sure that you will love them to.They even go to your house to fix things.Like WOW!! WHO DOES THAT!!! Thats why I will be rating them 5 stars because they deserve it!!
