The folks at Greenan are super friendly. They designed/sold us our wedding rings 30 years ago. They redesigned my ring about 10 years ago and i absolutely love it. Most recently they resized both of our rings. Fast and affordable.

I dropped off 2 watches for battery replacements on Friday and the guy said they'd be ready the next day for $12/watch. I returned on Monday and they'd clearly forgot about them. A second guy again said they'd be ready to the next day. I called on Wednesday and they still weren't ready to be picked up. I asked for a discount and the woman I spoke to said the first guy was new, they didn't really do many watches, and anyway they couldn't give a discount because battery changes are usually $15/watch so I already got a discount (first I heard about the higher price). I retrieved my watches with the old batteries.

My mom has been a customer my whole life and then some. Her engagement ring and wedding bands are from here, and growing up, she always told us kids we didn’t have an option to go elsewhere.My fiancé proposed last year — he had a great experience and was able to get me exactly what I wanted. I’ve had my ring resized twice and prongs tightened as well. We purchased both our wedding bands from here as well. We’ve worked mainly with Miranda, who has been nothing short of great but the whole team is always friendly and welcoming. We also enjoy the shop puppy. Would recommend to anyone I know in the market for jewelry.

Family jeweler from a bygone era. Took a wrist watch in to have the band adjusted and chatted with the friendly proprietor while he did the work. Ten minutes and $10 later, the work was done and I have a new neighborhood store to file away for future reference.

Came by for a watch adjustment. The jeweller was very friendly. He adjusted on the spot at no cost. Awesome old school establishment!

Took 3 watches in to have batteries replaced on December 20. Called December 30 when I hadn't heard from them. I was told that they were having problems obtaining batteries but the watches would be ready today December 31 after 11am. Just called the store, the phone rang until it automatically cutoff. I guess my watches aren't ready???

I dropped my watch at home yesterday morning while putting it on. Broke one of the adjustable pins in the band. WI went here, the gentleman fixed watch gratis while I waited. Thank you sincerely.
