Jyoti is seriously one of the most rudest hair dressers I’ve ever dealt with. My mom has gotten her hair done from jyoti a couple times, she’s been mostly satisfied, but the one time she wasn’t satisfied, she had my father send her a message on how she didn’t highlight her hair properly (because she can’t speak english properly). She was furious, and would not stop going on going about how we were trying to scare her by involving my father. The entire time when she was fixing my moms hair, she would not stop yelling at her and saying things like, “you people are so troublesome” “i’m not working for free” “it’s my day off, i should’ve ignored your calls”. She was furious and going awff on my mom because she said she wasn’t satisfied with her service. My mom can’t speak english properly so she stayed quiet until Jyoti seriously started saying disrespectful things, I was very calm and tried deescalating the situation and apologized multiple times that it is our fault for having my dad send the message, but she would not budge. She continued yelling and taunting my mom saying she has bad hair that’s why it’s not turning out properly. My mom payed $200+ for the service, so she’s allowed to complain if she’s not satisfied. I even said that i understand where she’s coming from but there’s no point in continuing to argue, but she said “you don’t once you go to another salon you’ll wish you came back to me”. I didn’t understand what the big deal was. Someone definitely needs to check her. She was nothing but rude and it was clear that she was trying to keep the fight going. She also kept bringing god into the conversation, “god will ask you to pay for your actions”; exaggerating absolutely everything that my mom said. And she was continuously being disrespectful. We will definitely not be going back to her again, she cannot take criticism well. And I will not have my mother be disrespected like this again.Services: Hair styling

Jyothi has been always warm and friendly. She will be direct which should be highly respected. If anyone is going to be honest on your eyebrows, skin, hair, it should be the specialist you're entrusting in your beauty.

Love Jyothi!!! She always knows exactly how i like my eyebrows! I've been coming here for years! She's great! I usually call for an appt and she's typically available that day or the next day. Great customer service and quick as well! I'm usually in and out in less than 10 minutes

Called to make an appointment and Jyothi had availability in the next 30 minutes! Very nice lady and it was the most painless eyebrow and upper lip threading I've ever had. She made sure every little hair was removed. Amazing! I'll definitely be back again.

It was close and they had a walk-in availability. I asked for a haircut. I received a s*** cut. Layers were terrible and the blow dry was the longest I've ever experienced! The blow dry took twice as long as the cutting of my hair and she kept burning my scalp because she would point the hair dryer close to my skin. Jyoti did the cut and her assistant did the super duper long blow dry.

I love her!! She understands skin types and is careful when threading. I have very senisitive skin so I appreciate the attention and care given to me while threading. Jyhoti takes her time and has always done a great job. I have been going to her since 2008. You must be punctual with your appointment because she strives to see everyone in a timely fashion. Someone wrote a previous review/comment saying she was rude, she is not rude, her personality is serious so for those who think she is rude she is not.

I went yesterday for the first time to get my eyebrows and lip threaded and I was very impressed!!!! I did get my eyebrows and lip threaded at another place and it was very painful however, not here. Jyoti was gentle and did an amazing job. Before I found Jyoti, I got them waxed a few time at a salon and my eyebrows always come out a little uneven (my husband even notice-that is pretty bad LOL). I thought it was just a lack of hair growth. But, Lyoti even them out and they look wonderful. I finally found my place!!! I would highly recommend It's Amazing Salon and Spa!!!

I have been coming here for three years now. The best thing about this salon is the punctuality. The cleanliness is great, environment is calm and Joti is really friendly and helpful. But of all the great qualities I really like the punctuality as nobody wants to waste time. I recommend this place.

This salon is just as the name states amazing. I was squeezed in today as my first time and wanted to try it out was willing to wait as per speaking to someone who previously has gone to the salon. This was the best threading experience I have ever had. Thorough without pain, I left without any redness. I love when getting threaded and you can tell your being accurately checked if your brows are symmetrical, feel the thread go alongside your nose and almost across the eye the way your supposed to fill in with a brow pencil. Now I am still on the road to recovery from uneven threading but Jyothirami did the best she could and I will be returning so that my brows will regain their glory. Definitely a hidden gem !
