I will never ever ever come here again and I suggest no one come here. The ladies at the front are rude. All of them. Then the main person doing your taxes, Jenny is her name, she’s never ever in the office and she don’t keep her word. I call almost every day and her rude receptionist answer and don’t pass on any messages. This is not professional at all. DONT COME HERE!

This is our 2nd time filing our taxes here at this location. We are no longer customers of H&R Block, due to the Outstanding Professionalism we receive at this location. From the Front Desk Receptionist to the Taxes Administrator located in the back office. We will be returning!

This is my second time coming to do my taxes here specifically with Carmen :) she is very professional and makes you feel comfortable during the tax process, she answers any questions you may have. Definitely will continue referring to friends and family!

Best move I've done to have switched to Integrated Multiservices. Carmen was able to make my experience easy, smooth, and explained everything I had questions on. I would definitely recommend Carmen to anyone who is just doing their Taxes for the first time or needs a new place to do their Taxes. Carmen was very professional, welcoming and helpful during my process. 10/10

Excellent place to do your taxes, I recommend it with my eyes closed, Carmen and Jenny are simply the best, they explain everything to you with a lot of patience, they dedicate time to you, that is, two people who love what they do, not just for collecting money. I've been doing my taxes in this place for years and I won't change it for any other... 5 stars haha I give them 20

Very pleased with the tax services that were provided! Carmen was very kind, helpful and professional! She was able to solve a previous tax issue and was able to get my return from 2019 & 2020 that was being withheld. Would definitely recommend to anybody !

Horrible first time experience!My mom recommended me to this tax location because she’s been filling her taxes with Jenny, for a couple of years now. The day I went to fill my taxes, I did not meet with Jenny. I met with this lady name CARMEN.Carmen was very sarcastic and joke full through out my process. She made a stupid comment when I asked for the amount of my tax refund. She was making fun of my amount. I felt like she was rushing through my process because she wanted to go home. Very unprofessional! This would be my first and last time doing my taxes at this location!CARMEN, don’t make people feel bad because they are not getting much money back. That was very stupid of you. Learn how to be professional at your job!You lost a client! 0/10 for you Carmen :)
