Speaking as an industry professional with lots of experience with all different levels of stagers, Inhabit is one of the best and most high end out there. From the start, they are detailed and meticulous about their measurements and setup for each property, spot on with their creative recommendations for difficult floorplans, paint colors, hardware suggestions and more. They are FULL service and great to work with - really a cut above. Their work does what it's supposed to do - make a property shine so it sells for more. Some people think just anyone can slap furniture in and that'll do the trick....not so. The details really matter.

Before I hired Inhabit Staging, I toured one of their projects and was absolutely blown away by their attention to detail, use of design elements and overall look and feel. They brought the home to life by incorporating real life touches to make the home feel lived in and adored (example: set up a child's tent and toy area in a second family room). After experiencing their designed spaces I hired them in heartbeat!I had secured an unconventional 4BR townhome in Shaw, DC and needed Inhabit's expertise to help prospective buyers envision the functionality and flow of the home. Inhabit Staging works magic! They took my 1985, 1 bed/1 bathroom condo and turned it into a beautiful oasis, resulting in 21 offers over five days--during a pandemic!! They used accessible style and thoughtful placement. Those who scheduled showings during April 2020 all noted the cozy feeling they received walking through the unit. This is a great company with staff that work with their clients. I originally hoped to list this apartment for sale in mid-March so we hired Inhabit to stage the apartment; however, after discussing with my realtor, I waited until mid-April for prospective buyers to feel comfortable with COVID-19 and the new normal of home-buying. This meant needing another month of staging. My realtor and I worked with Inhabit to negotiate the fee, understanding they are a small business who needed to pay their own bills. We came to a great compromise. I highly recommend this service.
