This is my second lease that I got through JC Nissan of Silver Spring. I experienced amazing customer service and communication with the entire team, specifically with Thomas Marshall. The entire process was painless and Thomas was very helpful with any questions that came up. Even after I got the car, Thomas and Onesty checked in with me to make sure I was happy with my vehicle. This was my first time buying a car, and I can say that Jim Coleman Nissan made the process enjoyable. They allowed me time to weigh my options with another dealership, which was appreciative. I eventually returned to their dealership because of the effort they put into helping me secure a car and friendliness. Since I moved from another state, I had a few challenges, which they were able to accommodate. A special thanks to Richard and the sales manager. The only issue I had with the process was my interaction with Jay, the finance director. This was a serious process and a big decision to make on my end. As such, I asked for additional time to think about my decision before signing the financial agreements. While I was deliberating, Jay proceeded to sit back in his chair and play a card game with the volume on. I found this action very unprofessional, condescending, and inconsiderate of the fact that I was making an important decision. I would have given 5 stars had not this interaction happened.

My gf and I went in so she could buy her first car and everyone was super friendly, nice, and patient with all our questions. We didn’t have an appointment but Joel stepped up right away and helped us - no waiting! We also wanted a different color than they had in stock and they had one brought in while we were there so we could take it home today! Great experience.
