Horrible experience dealing with this Bank I had the account for less than 2 weeks. Still have yet to receive my debit card after confirming my primary address is correct after 2 letters being mailed to me. I closed my account and opened one with another Bank. less confusion and headache.

The service at the branch is excellent! The staff is very professional and courteous. Barbara Gordon, Asst Manager is always ready to assist. Negative is that this branch is not open on Saturdays and Citizens needs more location.

I had one day to get a wire transfer or cashiers check to secure the mortgage on my first home. Unfortunately, the day I went to the bank, there was a system wide shutdown for these processes. I was in a total panic but Erica and her colleagues did everything they could to find a work around for this issue. They were so kind and understanding of my dilemma and they made sure I remained calm. Everyone in the bank was so sympathetic and so professional, as there was nothing any of us could do at the moment with the computer system error. While it took hours, they managed to find a way to secure a cashiers check for me and now I am happily in my new home. Thank all of you wonderful ladies at Citizens for being supportive, helpful, and understanding of my stressful situation. I appreciate all of you so much.

My first experience was okay. Except the person made a lot of mistakes in my account. But I came back later that day and Elle Barber assisted me . She was super nice and customer friendly, and she corrected everything. So if you go I recommend setting up accounts with her.

I had a wonderful experience at this Branch. I did a HELOC and opened a checking account. Elle and Hannah were extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. The process was fast and easy. Thank you Citizens bank. Great customer service is hard to find these days so when I find it I want to tell everyone !

WORST BANK IN HISTORY OF BANKS!!! EXPECT 40-60 MIN WAIT TIMES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! EXPECT THE BRANCH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TO KNOW NOTHING! HAVE HAD 0 ACCESS TO MY MONEY BECAUSE ITS A RUN AROUND WITH TRYING TO GET A NEW CARD!!! ONE SECOND CUSTOMER SERVICE SHIPPING ONE, NEXT SECOND COME INTO THE BRANCH, NEXT SECOND BRANCH CANT PRINT CARD, BEEN GOING THRU THIS FOR 3 weeksABSOLUTELY THE WORST BANK! DO NOT BANK HERE!! RUN!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

They were extremely helpful & very friendly. Whoever the manager is definitely did a wonderful job with training & showing the employees exactly what customer service is.The only thing was that I went to get a new card and they had it mailed to me instead of issuing on in the branch. I badly needed it same dayEDIT: I waited over 10 days to have my card issued to me. They would constantly say that printer for the card machine was down. Fine, but a card should’ve been ordered for me and sent to me ASAP! I had to contact customer service, have the $12 fee for overnight shipping waived in order to get my card! I had to open a new account at a completely different bank (which gave me everything I needed without a ghetto wait) because I need my money ASAP!

I have been a happy citizens bank customer for over 10 years and am happy to finally see this location open near me. I was afraid that I would have to switch banks when I moved to Maryland but was happily surprised to see the location in Silver Spring.

Everyone at this branch is extraordinarily pleasant and professional! I have had exceptionally productive experiences with Jonathan Gunn, Vice President and Premier Relationship Manager at this branch. The staff here are all engaging, knowledgeable, and friendly to customers of all races, backgrounds, etc. (As a Black woman this is welcome. I have had some horrible banking experiences at other places just based on walking in as a Black person. That is definitely not the case here). I would definitely recommend this branch of HSBC Bank! 5-star experience.
