Pallavi was quick, efficient, and found credits and tax breaks for me even in a complicated tax situation. I already knew I wasn't due for a refund due to my tax situation. I almost self-filed with Turbo Tax, but the amount I would have owed was significantly more than the amount I ended up owing after Pallavi went through my documents. Thank you, H&R Block and Pallavi for making this smooth to do online and effective.
