H&R Block advertises that they will do a second look for you if using their software. 2 years ago I had a great experience at a different location. I went to this location for a second look back in April because I wasn’t sure if I correctly filed my taxes. I was told that I just needed to wait and see. Fast forward to today and I still don’t know if I filed my taxes correctly. That was the point of my appointment back in April. I’m really upset that she didn’t even take the time to look over anything. I do not recommend this location if you want to get a second look.
