My families booked this hotel for a single night.I wish I would have to stay for more days in this hotel . Very pleasant quiet. Comfortable clean.Everyone would love itRooms: Large and quiet room. Beds are super comfortable

Hotel has a lot of signs posted and security for a reason and the desk staff loves to lie about it. They cannot be trusted to dispense the truth. I see no camera outside, but if so I doubt it's manned. I discovered that they have a history of car break in because of the wide secluded service road opposite the parking lot, see photos. I asked about security before I booked because we have a lot of expensive tools, when I found out they lied they refused to refund me and wasted a lot of my time. They expected me to take the risk of loosing my equipment. Their game is they make even more money when you cancel because they keep your money and rent to others. Bad service makes more money for them. My room was the last available before 10:00 pm and we booked it from 10 minutes away so there is no reason why they needed to keep my money other than to rob me.When they refused to refund me I let them know that there would be lasting consequences. They told me that they have been in business like this for a long time and will continue just fine not refunding me. In other words, our customers are idiots and we will treat their complaints like the noise pigs make on an assembly line to the slaughter and rob them of everything we can get our hands on.

The best front desk staff I’ve ever interacted with. Room quality for the price is a great deal. Right off the D.C. beltway is a major plus.

Really nice, clean rooms. The breakfast is pretty good. Great location, tons of restaurants close by. Would highly recommend.

By far the cleanest hotel we've stayed for an extended period. The cleaning crew cleans the hotel around the clock and they deep clean the room. Their pool doesn't use harsh chemicals and the washing and dryer machines are free to use.Rooms: Rooms are extra clean

It’s highly recommended from the Parking is huge and FREE, the Staff are all friendly from receptions to housekeepers, the breakfast they serve excellent, the room are so clean and compelte needs in the kitchen that amazed me, the location is perfect, the services is perfect. It’s awesome and i will come back again absolutely. Congratulations to the team and keep it up and more Blessings.

Hotel rooms are nice and spacious. Nice to have a kitchenette for long term stays. Free breakfast and pet friendly. Pet friendly but not a lot of space for pets to go. It backs up to the highway.

Enjoyed a truly relaxing stay at the Silver Spring Home2Suites. Hotel is extremely clean and my room was nice and quiet even though it was near the elevator. Free morning breakfast was included with my stay and it was a plus in my book.Rooms: Rooms seem to be more sound proof than most hotel rooms and are spacious and very well appointed for longer term stays with full kitchens and refrigerators.Walkability: This Home2Suites is located directly across the street from a shopping center which includes establishments such as Safeway, Chipotle, Quicksand Hibachi, Starbucks, Domino's, a Greek food carryout and Indian cuisine.

This hotel was great, the breakfast could stay open an hour later, and unfortunately we saw vagrants around in the shopping center.

I have stayed here twice now and have nothing but good reviews. They have very big rooms with a kitchenette and a pull out couch. The swimming pool is also fantastic, clean and salt water. You also get a continental breakfast with your stay.

Pros of this hotel include a very clean and very warm pool. The main areas of the hotel are well maintained.Cons of this hotel, there are lots. The parking lot is very tight, hard to park vehicles and extremely hard to not hit other cars when opening your own doors. The carpet in our room was extremely sticky. We had to wear shoes in the room because it was so bad. Then our shoes just stuck to the floor. Doors being closed elsewhere in the building will feel like someone slammed a door in your own hotel room. It literally shakes everything. I'm not sure if the whole hotel just simply has poor insulation or what but the soundproofing is lacking. It's very loud.If you're looking for a quiet hotel it'd be best to look elsewhere.

stayed for one night with my cat and daughter for an Ed Sheeran concert. I would have given this place 5 stars, but its RIGHT next to I-95, and the traffic is so loud all night long, Im not sure if a room up front would be better, but that's on me for not asking. The front desk staff is amazing, specifically speaking Karey, he was personable, engaging, kind and just all around a bright and positive presence. The included breakfast was pretty standard fare, decent and hearty. The staff taking care of breakfast was on top of keeping things refilled and tidy. Seating around the breakfast are was a bit tight. I didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Rooms were clean, nice amenities and good water pressure in the shower. I would certainly stay here again.Rooms: clean

There were some issues with our room, and at checkout, I gave the nice front desk girl a list of things that needed attention. The manager came out and inquired about the situation and took care of us. The customer service well made up for the issues in the room. My husband, dog, and I would be happy to stay there again!
