This place is exactly what I wanted in a COVID testing location. It was easy to book an appointment and understand pricing/services online, the staff was friendly and efficient, there was no wait, and I was out in no time. It's also just a pleasant atmosphere in there.The PCR swab also was not painful and invasive, it was easy and quick. I later brought my toddler in and they had an easy and great experience. (We appreciated the free sticker after the swab!). Results were returned within the time promised. The app is easy to use and navigate. I will be back for future testing needs!

Who knew getting COVID tested could be such a pleasant experience? Sameday Health is a lovely clinic, offering numerous types of covid tests to suit your needs, wellness/vitamin injections, and various health product retail. They do have walk ins for covid testing, but if you already have an appointment set up with them online, the whole process usually takes just a couple minutes! Standard PCR testing is free with insurance, and usually results much quicker than their guaranteed 48hrs. If you get tested regularly or need it for travel, this clinic is a perfect place.They also have a 10$ discount for wellness injections if you do a COVID test, as well as 50% off discount during happy hour from 3 to 6pm :)) I have gotten the energy boost shot myself

Sameday Health is one of the most efficient businesses I have ever visited. I have been to a couple of their locations and had several COVID PCR tests administered, mostly for travel reasons, and at all of them the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they serve you right at the time of your appointment, or even earlier! They make the unpleasant task of COVID testing so bearable!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Paid $75 for the 24 hour PCR test. It's been almost 48 hours and we have no results back. Customer service is a joke. Only 1 number for the company - you can't call individual sites - and hold times are hours. Awful experience. Go elsewhere.

Went to get screened for Covid test was pretty quick the line was pretty quick the people that work there were very nice I had a great experience even the manager was very very polite and very nice would highly recommend to go get tested through same day health

Lines for Covid testing are getting long and backed up. I get colds often and am no stranger to Covid tests. But I am such a huge fan of this location! Melissa and Maria helped make my experience so wonderful! I was in the check in line and greeted with a warm smile by all of the staff I encountered. Then I switched to the swabbing line and had multiple staff members check in on me and inform me how much longer it would be. Considering how many people were in line, I was so impressed that I was in and out within 30 min. There's also a convenient parking structure just around the corner past the dialysis center.

Paid $75 extra for priority testing -- results within 16 hours. When results didn't come by then I called and was told it's really 24 hours at that location. Their rep directed me to an obscure corner of their web site to see that -- you don't ever see that part when booking an appointment. Anyway, it now has been 24 hours and I still don't have results. Don't believe their claims.

I went to Sameday health at our local branch in Silver Spring for my Covid testing for travel purpose and I am very highly impressed with their service. After having bad experiences with Cvs and Walgreens, I went to PatientFirst urgent care. PatientFirst in Silver Spring doesn't do Covid testing any more but the lady at the front desk recommended me to Sameday health and I can't be happier. From start to finish, the process at Sameday was so smooth and the staff was so courteous all along with a smile. Everyone working there seemed like happy people and eager to help you. Why didn't I find this place before? The testing (the one with less than 40 hrs) was free with my insurance card. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. There is on street parking.
