Isa is my favorite Stylist - He always takes the time to really understand what I’m looking for whether he’s cutting or coloring my hair and I’ve loved the results every time. I highly recommend him! The lady Gina who did my hair was extremelyyyy sweet, had a great conversation with her and was really comfortable. Only issue is my hair turned out nothing like the pictures that I showed her for my hair. My bangs are uneven and extremely short, layers are super choppy and uneven. Sadly won’t be coming back to this salon.

Late review:Not a good place to work. They do not offer full time employment.Very little room for growth. Tight space behind the work desk. Complicated billing system and having to deal with unfriendly/ unprofessional staff.No guaranteed lunch breaks. And they keep you working there late after store hours especially having to wait for the last customer to finish getting their hair done. So if you are looking to be out of work by 8pm that will not always be the case!Advice: Find a bigger location. Updated your billing system, and don't hire people unless you offer full time employment!Customers: I am sure there are better salons in the DC/MD/VA area that you can go to!

Douglas was able to cut my curly hair better than anyone has been able to cut it in more than 20 years. He was friendly, welcoming and professional but even more important to me was the fact that he did a great job cutting and styling my hair. I feel fortunate to have found him.Services: Haircut

First time going to Headlines Hair Designers and I was left beyond impressed. I went in for a balayage and Carol was my stylist. She was incredibly attentive and her work is very precise. From the color, toning, and styling, she paid attention to the smallest details. Will definitely be back!
