“I wanted to update my review with more positive feedback. I hadn't used my mower for years and decided to start mowing my lawn again this year and took the mower in to be service. They did a great and timely job and had it ready for me when promised. It's been running great.

I purchased my electric mower here a few years ago and I'm extremely pleased with it. It's easy to charge and reliable. The charge is more than enough for me to mow both my front and back yards. The only service I need is to have the blade sharpened. They're honest and reasonable. I highly recommend Commercial Mower Depot!”

“WOW!!!! What GREAT service from one of my favorite stores. I've been shopping at this location for years and service was always great. In short, I purchased a Chiminea several months ago, but never had the time to unpack and use.Fast forward, when I finally had the time to open the box. I noticed that there was a huge crack on the outside which made it to be unusable. I called the store and an associate by the name of Jackie, took action that was unbelievable.She wasted ZERO time in getting me a replacement from their Baltimore store. Based on the way Jackie helped from start to finish.....I strongly advise every one to make sure when you purchase an item, use their system with your phone number.The best part of my experience was that she said to give a some time and she would get back to me. It took a few days for her to do the research, but sure enough, she found my info. on when the item was purchased etc. (using the cell number at the register when checking out).Got a phone call several days telling me that I could pick up my replacement.GO GO JACKIE!!!! Thank you so much for your "OUTSTANDING: service and care.By the way, for all that's reading this review...I'm a business owner in Silver Spring Maryland (Ocean City Seafood). Jackie had no idea who I was, but it seemed that she treats ALL customers with great respect and care.Thank you ACE Hardware for hiring kind and competent associates like Jackie.”

“I went to this Home Depot yesterday to find a metal, NOT plastic, flat dustpan. After finding the dustpan, I noticed they had a ton of these Fill Stick Wood Repair Paint Pens, all kinds. While realizing all the choices I had, I must have looked undecided and confused ( which I was), a kind perceptive employee noticed that I looked lost( which I was also). I had chosen the two Filler Pens I needed, but was trying to return a third un- needed pen to it's proper shelf. I couldn't find where I had found it. I imagine the employees watch customers trying to replace their unwanted items in their proper location all the time! Anyway, this young man, Carlton, came to help me as a courteous gesture, and I am grateful for this conscientious Home Depot employee. He said don't worry, I will find the spot where it belongs. Thank you, CARLTON!!!

“I was happy to discover that this location wasn't far from me. I mean, I do have one less than a half mile from my place, but it's not always convenient to go there. This one, however, seems to be a bit more convenient with the other stores around it. I came here after making a few other stops and ran in to find a few items that I had on my list. It wasn't easy finding them right off the bat as this was a new store to me, but I soon found my way around once I opened up the app. Once I had the app up and going I was able to find the items I needed. I stood there for a minute to look the items over to compare until I was able to make my decision. With my items in hand, I made my way to the front and used the self checkout to make a quick exit. With items in hand I was happy to find this location as it made it easier for me that day.”
