I’m not sure the name of the person who did the hair cut but she either does not have the skills to do a proper haircut or was negligent . She did not listen at all to what was asked of her. The haircut was very poorly done. I hope that I’m the future someone who has experience with textured hair is available to help. Otherwise, I am asking that the ladies have some integrity and not take a client if they are inexperienced.

My haircut was very quick and after I left and showered I realized that they hadn't faded the sides or the top at all and the front of my hair looked terrible in contrast to everything else. I ended up getting another haircut somewhere else 2 weeks later and I was forced to cut off a lot from the front of my head. it's expected to take another few months until I will look good again.

The barber (J.R.) is very experienced at cutting hair. My husband, son, & I frequent his service for the past 15+ years. He is always in high demand. Today, we were right off a 350-mile drive & into his chair. Thank you, JR, for another his & her cut.

The girl who did my hair does great job, I followed her here from other store to this location. This one star just for this location ONLY, it's SO DISGUSTING, so many homeless people here. When I parked my car and just opened the door to get out, a homeless approached me asking for money and I was intimidated. Then when I walked to the door of the hair salon and met another one, I changed my mind and get out of this horrible place immediately. I guess I need to find another good hair stylist.
