The customer service experience here this afternoon was absolutely atrocious. I do not know when it has ever been acceptable in a professional setting to not greet a customer, especially after they have greeted you. To not have a single stylist acknowledge you when you walk in is very problematic, even more problematic when those stylists start whispering amongst each other saying they hope that your stylist remembered your appointment instead of updating the customer. I have been coming to this salon for several years and highly doubt I will return. They need training on professionalism, etiquette, and just generally being polite. Throughout my visit I also saw them picking and choosing who they greeted. There is no excuse for this type of treatment.

Called before walking in asking if someone was available for a blowout. They said yes come on right over. I sat and waited maybe 5-10 minutes in the shampoo chair (this was totally fine). Once it was time for the blowout my hair was not even combed out prior to starting… there was no tension on the blowout. Felt like the air from the blow dryer was cold and not hot.. I asked for a voluminous blow dry and showed a picture, and received nothing of the sort. The hairstylist shared she was all done and I touched my hair and it was still wet.. I let her know so she blow dried a second time. She finished, and my hair was still wet. Especially my roots… my hair was all tangled (since it was never combed). At this point I accepted I would be leaving with wet hair. If you want a voluminous blow out, stay away. Better yet, if you just want your hair blow dried, stay away. They still expect payment after not executing their service. Finished blow drying my own hair at home..

I came as a walk in with my 3 daughters. I understand I will have to wait. One of the stylists started on one of my daughters. While combing her hair another lady came in that she said hi to and seemed to know. She showed my a tangle in my daughter hair and said it would need deep conditioning. It did not. She did not even attempt to comb it. I told I’ll comb it and it took 30 seconds. But in that time she started the lady that had just came in. Did not say anything to me. I stood looking at her and waiting while she started to cut her hair. The woman said she did not have an appointment. She prioritized a regular over my daughter and I did not appreciate it. Claimed she was waiting for me to finish combing her hair but did bother to check. She would have noticed. She immediately walked away instead of waiting for me to comb the tangle out. I come to this location whenever I need and I’ve never hand a problem or felt like we didn’t matter. While I understand there are appointments but she lied and said she had appointments. She did not. I heard the lady say she didn’t have one. Her name is not on my receipt so I can’t tell you who but she was short and that’s all I’ll say. I don’t appreciate the way she treated me and my daughters. Will not return to this location.

I loved the haircut Ivonne gave me today. I asked for long, round layers with face framing for my naturally curly hair (3b/3c), and she cut it perfectly. It is very flattering, and I have received several compliments today because it was styled so beautifully. Thank you, Ivonne! You made me feel extra special today.

Very upset that my daughter spends a fortune every time she comes to your location and she was not given the $15 off after spending a fortune on hair care plus almost 80 on top of everything for Cebu products that were discounted today. Not right and very deceiving. Not appreciated at all, however I'm still learning to chose better.

The staff was very nice but they messed up my hair horribly. I look atrocious now. I am very sad about how it ended up but still keep in mind the staff is very nice. I thought I said to not cut the hair too much but I think it is my fault because maybe I was confused and was not clear enough and that is why they cut so much. This is the worst haircut I have ever had and I think I look quite hideous now. I think I looked very good before and I was just looking for a trim.
Overall good staff it is just that my experience was horrid

As always, my appointment with Shurla wasfantastic!! Today was no exception. Outside of her amazing abilities to take care of my hair she gave recommended actions to take care of afterwards! There were great recommendations that I intend to take action going forward until my next appointment.
