These greyhound bus station in Baltimore was very disorganized. No real toilets. The temporary placed toilet outside was the worst i h have seen. The personnel was rude. The bus was very late. I am very disappointed

Please do not use Greyhound for travel. Save yourself the headache. They are a bunch of THIEVES. Unethical company. Go read the comments on their Instagram page. Told my mother her trip was delayed and gave her the option to book another trip or cancel. She chose to cancel. She was then informed that she would receive her refund within 7 days. 7 days came and went still no refund. She is being given the run around every she calls. A different answer every time. Not only is she still waiting on her refund, but they charged her an additional $40 a few days ago for absolutely no reason!

UPDATED!This the most terrible company you can travel with. Our bus was scheduled at 1:5 am. It is 3:10 and we are still waiting OUTSIDE in freezing weather without any info on when the bus will come, if ever. Greyhound does not even answer our calls. SHAME!Bus came at 4 am after all passengers froze. Not a single word of apology!!!Rude driver. When people complain about lack of heat while on board, he says "It's early in the morning. Good night" and leaves. We froze while waiting and while on board (for 8 hours)!!!

I arrived there on a Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m. and the station was not open. The next week I went back to catch the bus at midnight and again the station was locked. Several young men came across from 7-11 came accross and did public urine in the front parking lot. It was scary to catch a bus after midnight at a closed station.

Worst bus company in the world. Incredible delays. Finally, half way, my wife had to come and pick me up in her car. I bought a ticket relying on the company's advertisements, but I was incredibly disappointed. Incredible dirty of the bus except for the delays. And The bus smelled really bad. Worst travel experience in my life.I don't recommend it to anyone.

The stop is convenient but for the price GH charges these days, there're so many other great bus lines. The alternatives are cleaner, cheaper and more comfortable for the trip.
