Fatou & Aisha have been my hairstylists for the last six months and they’ve been nothing short of amazing & kind. I’m very tender headed but they’re very gentle whenever they braid my hair & that means a lot to me because I’ve had a lot of horrible experiences with other hair braiders in the past.Please patronize them, you won’t regret it!

I stopped in Glenmont beauty supply and as soon as I walked in the door, the young woman working at the counter immediate greeted me, she was extremely pleasant and assisted me in finding what I needed. As I walking through the store I did not realize they braid hair in the back of the store. The woman braiding hair pleasant as well. When I get some free time I’m going to make an appointment and get my hair braided there,

Glenmont Beauty Supply is the place to go for me when my daughter needs anything hair and skin related. The staff there are very polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic to help. During my last visit I meet a nice young lady that was a tremendous help I will definitely continue to shop at Glenmont Beauty Supply. Thanks for everything!

I am utterly disappointed at how this store treats its customers, this store has terrible custom service, careless workers, and very bad policies, especially the return policy. Example: The owner of the store hanged up the phone mid-conversation, while I attempted to create a solution to the problems I was facing. Taking aside the customer service portion of this store, the items they sell are highly overpriced and have the worst quality I’ve ever seen. In the end, I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone, so stay safe and never go here!

It’s unfortunate the way this beauty supply store has been ran down. I remember when the two twins owned it, how knowledgeable and friendly they were. This store has done a complete 180, and I’m not even talking about just the customer service. In products as well. They carry the lowest quality things, and they don’t even know what you’re talking about when you reference more popular items. Mizani? They don’t carry it. Kera Care? Don’t have that either. Hicks edge control? Nope. And you’d think since they don’t have most of these things they’d at least have some good customer service but they don’t. They don’t even attempt to try, or look like they care. They’re always on their phone, and like I said never knowledgeable. I hate this beauty supply store now. And the smell is horrid and of course they don’t care about that either

I went to this salon to do sewing and it took her over five hours she will start doing my hair and leave for about 20 to 30 min or I have to get off my set and call her to come Finnish my hair and she will be on her phone the whole time like I don’t mine u talking on the phone while u do my hair but don’t leave my hair to talk on the phone like I am paying for this. The hair was expensive and after two day the so call human hair started falling off my head I don’t think she ties the threads at the end but the sewin started coming off Do go to this place it is a total rip off

I got my hair done and within 3 days the front was out.I went back and the owner said I would have to pay again.Not only that my whole head is loose.I can’t believe that the owner doesn’t care about her customers satisfaction.I showed her my hair she said I did it myself .I payed over 200 and I will be reporting her .Ive been getting my hair done for over 20 yrs and never met ppl like them .They are all about money I will report them and sue them civil.After the 3rd week I had to go pay another shop .I hope no one else has to deal with this .And they only except cash seems like they hiding something

It’s nice to have a beauty supplies back at Glenmont shopping center. I just wished they had more variety. I’m often disappointed when I come to look for something. Is really wish I could support a local store but I have to drive further to get what I need. It’s located at a shopping center so parking is very easy to find. There is a hair salon inside which I have never we been a client. Staff is okay nothing extra.

Over priced and honestly : there’s not much to look at in here. In nyc the Smallest beauty supply’s have Everything I need, and this One is pretty spacious with barely any “popular & best” products as they claim to have. I came in for a diffuser and a few other things I couldn’t find. I asked about the diffuser and she had no idea what i was talking about. The ladies that work there Know nothing about hair, I don’t get how this place is rated 4 stars. This is easily a 2 star beauty supply.
