They do not have good customer service. They raise my fathers insurance coverage astronomically, they do not treat you well not want to confront you in any way. Nor open you the door, you’re better off looking elsewhere.

Absolutely garbage they raise thier rates nonstop and tale advantage of our senior Hispanic community. My parents where being Bill ridiculously high all because they placed thier trust on a fellow Hispanic. Got them to progressive and the rate dropped by over 30% .. this company is the worse Absolutely horrible how they take advantage of our Hispanic community

I had just called to cancel a policy and the gentleman who answered was very rude and condescending. I was simply trying to ask questions and understand things to make sure no mistakes have happened and he had a nasty attitude the whole time. Deeply disappointed in his service in particular.

I normally don't take time to write reviews, but I had the most unpleasant experience with this office staff. I must say Glenda Palacios was a great person and attended my needs. Her staff in the other hand; from the billing to the agents who answer the phone are very rude, unprofessional, not well trained or informed.I spoke with them in many occasion and could not solve my issue and try to make me over pay for something they were wrong. I had to take time to come in to there office and speak to them.I spoke with Glenda Palacios great help and all, walked out cleared and well informed.The problem was not solve and went back. I was deny service bc on the weekends they only take appointments only, from there on I try to speak to Glenda to clear out the misunderstanding there was and her staff refuse to transfer me to her, giving me all this excuses.At the end I could not solve my problem they sent me to Collection, Cancelled my Policy did not even notify me, MVA Charge me for non insurance and still made me pay for policy they said I had not paid, I had to pay otherwise no pay no removal from collection.Unless Glenda Palacios does not change her staff (FIRE) in my opinion I wont do business at her office and I will not recommend anyone to them. As I have told my family and friends they are starting to leave her office.
