Worst experience ever. The lady at the counter not only did not want to help but also would look down for not knowing the name of the prescription which your doctor sent it directly to the pharmacy and bluntly lied she didn’t see any prescriptions after she told you two in the system. We regret moving all our prescriptions to this pharmacy from CVS. We will move all back to CVS and recommend everyone to avoid this kind of people.

The people who work here are personable, quick, helpful, and intelligent. The Giant app works great, and I appreciate that my medications are automatically refilled with text reminders. I have been lucky to deal mostly with Ebony, a pharmacy worker who has gone above and beyond with her customer service.I appreciate the late hours as a full-time worker. There's rarely a line or wait.It's hard work doing pharmacy as a career, and I am so appreciative of the Giant Leisure World pharmacy employees who do it so well.I never thought I'd write a pharmacy review, but after some poor experiences elsewhere, I am glad to have found one that works so smoothly.

If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would be rating this Busch League sad excuse for a pharmacy negative stars. Santa should bring them all coal. After waiting in line for 25 minutes to drop off my rx, I opted to come back later so I didn't rush them any further. 8 hours pass, their app is crap, and I go to pick up my rx only to be told my doctor needs to call and get a pre-authorization to get it covered. This is now 8:15 pm. I received no update via phone and when attempting to call in there was no response. Surely they didn't wait until the last minute..... but that's exactly the case. If you cannot dispense medication and give vaccines without falling behind then don't give the vaccines. If you're staff is so incompetent that they can't look and see this medication was dispensed last month, find new staff or stop offering a pharmacy at your grocery store. THE SAME MEDICATION THAT WAS COVERED LAST MONTH BY MY INSURANCE IS NOT THIS MONTH.... I chalk this up to their inability to do their job. Absolute incompetence. I urge anyone in this area to see Vicki at the Safeway off Norbeck. They may get busy sometimes but she ain't stupid. They're thorough and address each patient individually. They get the job done correctly, the first time. Giant and CVS are just garbage. Absolute garbage who are below mediocre and their companies could care less. The only way to make a change is to STOP GOING THERE! I could go on and on about their inability to do their job or what the correct regulations are, they're just awful and need to have their licenses revoked.

After my recent experience with the Giant Pharmacy at Leisure World, I am going to have to find another alternative. I received a text saying that my medications were ready for pick-up. When I go to the pharmacy to get the meds, the white-haired gentleman managing the line told me "We don't have anything for you." Then when I told him about the text, he said, "Well we have two meds ready for you, but we have to hear from your doctor first." After speaking with my doctor's office, I go back to the pharmacy only to wait another hour when I was told over the phone that the Rx would be ready within 30 minutes. As I waited, I could not believe what I heard as the staff interacted with other customers. The clientele for the Leisure World Giant are mostly elderly, but the way the staff treated them lacked respect and empathy.

As a Tricare/United Healthcare MEDI ADVANTAGE PATIENT of L/World I find drug prices exceptionally inexpensive. Have some of your prescriptions left DO NOT RUN OUT it may take 2 days for resupply @ this pharmacy. Have to use eye drop @ each eye for my glaucoma.

I've had very pleasant experiences here at this pharmacy. I love the fact that despite this location being extremely busy, the staff is always extremely patient and kind.

I've been using this pharmacy for a few years now. I have a lot of prescriptions. I've been truly amazed how quickly they fill my prescriptions, and how rarely I have to wait in a significant line. The pharmacists are always available to assist the Techs and Customers with any concerns. Some of the Techs know me on sight and are ready for me immediately. And all of them are courtious and professional in my experience. But what I like the best is the phone app! Not only can I renew most meds right on my phone by selecting them from the listed history, I can also see exactly when any RX is ready to pick up in "real time", whether sent directly by a Doctor or refilled by me on my phone. If there's any problem, you'll see it on your phone.

Some of the managers stocking shelves has no respect to workers. I see them complaining and seems like forcing the employees to work from what they can do.

This giant has become my favorite giant. The staff is friendly and for the first time in my life they remembered my family. This means so much to me. The women whom is mostly at customer service is great. I wish I could recall her name but she's simply great. Ask about my girls when I come in without them and is always so friendly and up beat. If you want the small market feel this is your giant.

Numerous times I've gotten bad food here and had to return it. Today I went to return some smelly hamburger meat. I was upset because every time I shop here I have to return something so they called the manager and two showed up. They laughed at me and told me that there's nothing wrong with the meat. Well the two aholes from Ahold don't realize that I've been hunting for over 30 years and processing my own meat, from Texas and have family that own a cattle ranch in Idaho. So them laughing at me as "managers" shows their skills. I'd recommend staying away from this disgusting mis-managed store and Giant Food in general. When it was family owned it was really a first class grocery store. Since the Dutch took it over it's been nothing but downhill in my opinion.

This pharmacy does not go above and at all to help their clients. They seem to do the minimal. They work in Leisure World with a main clientele of senior citizens who get confused sometimes or might not completely understand how their insurance works etc. They have made mistakes re: my 79 year old mother's medications and billed her incorrectly (more) etc. Not pleased with them at all.
