This place is a joke I placed an order for a cake on Wednesday and I gave them the picture of what I wanted and when I picked it up it look Half ass like if they did it last minute it looks like a joke paid $28 for something that looks like a child made. I get that it won't look exactly like the picture but looks like no effort was put into this at all

The pharmacist is so rude and lazy, she didn't give my mom a Covid19 vaccine, she doesn't want to work first said said we have to wait 1 hr after waiting for an hour said she can't find the information on website, I find information by myself , but she didn't provide the vaccine and didn't even try to help, very bad attitude and said that she doesn't have time to explain and it's our problem not hers, very rude and unprofessional

A family favorite and reasonable place to shop. I believe I have been shopping with giant for over 20 years now ~ lots of healthy options since they introduced nature's promise. Vegan options as well, cheap on the go items like burritos, patties and drinks. Prepared food, sandwiches & a salad bar. Clean, stroller friendly, self checkout, pharmacy, deli, bakery & florist. They have it all at this supermarket and I favor this place over shoppers or Safeway because of pricing and organization. The downs, not much. They don't have a good selection of fresh exotic fruits and vegetables, I would still visit your local foreign market. They pick produce too early to ship, so you have to force it yourself at home to grow. Other than that customer service is friendly and there is always someone there to help (ahem, make sure you don't steal). Keep your head on a swivel! Shout out to Mr. Abdul he is a great manager :)

When I walked into this GIANT, the first thing I see is a seemingly unalert disinterested security officer wearing a mixture of street clothes and a security uniform. The look gave an air of incompetence. There was a panhandler in the store, and ignored this same officer. At this same store, some of the younger staff do not possess helpful or polite qualities. One staffer I asked where I could find an item. They responded to me 'they don't know. They're on break.' At checkout, the cashier failed to greet me. After the transaction was completed, they simply stopped looking at me, and motioned with a finger pull for the next customer to step forward. I never got a thank you, have a nice day, or anything. I guess courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness are not encouraged here.

This company is union and allows harrasment. Some of the staff is unprofessional, racist and instigating. But that's not all. Can't forget CONDESCENDING!! I sincerely wish they would improve!!

I find myself near here often so it's convenient to run into this store to get what I'm running low on or just ran out of today. I've enrolled in the online shoppers program to get their best deals and to clip online coupons. I try to check for new coupons just before I go into the store and enter my phone number at checkout. I usually use the self checkout stations and get good assistance if I have a problem. I buy a lot of fresh vegetables and fruit here as well half & half, Greek yogurt eggs and bacon. I find the whole chip section to be overpriced for the most part and the same is true for Oreo cookie prices. The employees I've encountered and observed have been friendly and helpful. Accept for after rush hour stops I've made here the store is usually on the busy side (and I've never stop in here in mornings). Now on a personal note I'm no fan of the design of the store's entrance. You have to either go to the left or right and enter one of the two doors. Then turn to the left or the right to go from the vestibule into the actual store. All other grocery stores have you walking basically straight into the store. Who thought of this weird entrance & why?? Has anyone else ever wondered about it? Until next time be kind to each other! #giant #groceries #produce #bacon #dairy @yelpdc

Worst customer service! I came here i tried to get to the deli, i waited over half an hour since the service here is extremely slow and when i finally got to ask they guy was extremely rude. I asked for 3/4 of a pound of mesquite turkey and he gave me the bag, i wondered why it was so light and saw it was 0.3 lb of turkey instead of 0.75. I quickly corrected him and told him this is a 1/3 pound of turkey. He told me it was 3/4 of a pound and we kept going back and forth. He was extremely rude about it. I told him i didn't think i was wrong and he kept saying it was 3/4 of a pound. I walked away just so i could stop arguing with him, but i came back quickly since i needed more turkey. He told me that i was wrong, however i just asked for more turkey. He realized he was wrong and said sorry, however he was still being rude about it and waiting 30+ minutes just to be given what i wasn't asked for and an attitude? No thank you.

Please note this review was during the time of the COVID19 orders to stay home as much as possible: Average Giant location that has really good service but not the best inventory. The customers are not very mindful here about staying 6 feet apart from one another so just be aware and smart. Cashiers are operating so be proactive and try to lessen the spread as much as possible. I prefer to do self-check out but I try to wipe down the counters and screens before and after its usage. There's an employee that directs people and reminds others to distance themselves into the lines so that's really helpful. As for inventory, they were incredibly low on cleaning supplies, toilet paper and snacks (all the junk foods like chips, ice cream, etc.). I'm suspecting that people are still hoarding these items unfortunately so the general public is struggling to have access to some of these essential necessities. Otherwise, it's a decent place to shop out. I wouldn't stay here long at all just to be more on the cautious side.

While getting a few last minute items at the store (Giant) i saw a Tate's limit addition strawberry & oats cook that is so delicious. I first tie purchasing Tate's was while i was in Maine traveling to Martha Vineyard & been hook since. So now i usually purchase Tate's chocolate chip cookies & brand at whole food so i was happy to see them at Giant also. Very cookie that i have tried are delicious i highly recommend

This Giant is crowded, not fresh and new. I like it they have a full service PNC bank inside and I'm not near a full branch. They have a large bakery and great selection of fresh produce. However, the parking lot Is a fail, too many small spaces and always full. There are a lot of other stores in this shopping center so it make it convenient to shop and get multiple errands completed.
