In this case, a cashier came screaming that I couldn't buy the products and she erased my card and told me that I wanted them but that I shouldn't put in the store card and she took the products from me and she was still screaming

It seems management has changed. And I am glad. My only concern is the deli person. I asked him if he had closed. He said yes. But he could still help me. I am summarizing because he kept going in circles. He seemed to have disorganized thinking. It was very frustrating. I had to be direct and get to the point. When I told him if he was closed that it was ok. And I would head about my business he became belligerent and tried to force me to tell him what I needed. He threw a tantrum and talked to his colleague how he though I was being “unreasonable” it seemed this older white gentleman about 5’11 180 pounds or less was a disabled person but I don’t know for sure. At first glance it seems like regardless he was just being unprofessional. Because I know many people with disabilities and they all have their personalities and some are just rude,inconsiderate and have the potential to also be highly unprofessional. Just like some are okay or professional. This wasn’t the case. Please talk to your employee.
It happened around 9pm yesterday March 10th,2024.
Also management seems to have improved but I got noisy and aggressive energy from the manager and staff present. This should be eyed. Thank you

Try to buy arm and hammer soaps they are buy 1 and the other free
When I was paying fifteen separate purchases, I called the manager at self check out and he told me that I couldn't buy my other 6 soaps because there was a limit and the shelf is full of soaps, it's not marked that there is a limit.
