I always have good experiences in this store but today was terrible... first at the checkout that you pay alone they did not pass my coupons and the girl who was "helping" charged me more than necessary so I had to return my items, so I went to customer service and I ask for a pickup that I made yesterday and he passes me to another very hateful woman and he tells me that when I did it when I tell him that yesterday he immediately tells me it is canceled and I ask him why and he tells me that if I called to let him know and I say no and he tells me that because I didn't call it was canceled and he just leaves... I leave the store and I check my account statement and I still have the charge and I call to request that it be removed and they tell me that there is my order I explained to her that she said it was canceled and she told me to cancel the charge to my card and they simply cut off the call without saying anything else.

On 5/5/2024 when I visited Giant Pharmacy to conduct business I GOT HARRASED BY THIS MISERABLE SECURITY GUARD NAME(Pringle)THAT WORK FOR(Miles Davis Security Service in Baltimore)AS I WAS LEAVING SHE FALSELY+FRAUDENTLY ACCUSED ME OF STEALING THEFTING ITEMS FROM GROCERY STORE WHEN I WAS AT PHARMACY FOR 30mins WHOLE TIME/I NEVER WENT ANYWHERE ELSE ON CAMERA INSIDE STORE/SECURITY FRAUDENTLY FALSELY LIED AND SAID SOMEONE TOLD HER THAT ABOUT ME....Well it is falsely fraudulently discrimination hate jealousy envious towards me because I done nothing+Pharmacy can verify that I was with this Medical Department THE WHOLE TIME I WAS INSIDE STORE/If I did wanted to shop I had $3,000 in my?on me ASAP ready to be spent/I come from a very WEALTHY BLESSED FAMILY I don't have steal or theft nothing in this world because I am PRE ballerific daily/I don't disobey the law I OBEY THE LAW okkkkkkk hahahaha?????

Giant is nice I like it I find the vegetables and fruits fresh the staff some when I need help kindly give it to me the facilities are very tidy easy to find

Store is pretty clean, I have not gotten any food that expired. It's a bit high priced for a strict budget, but is very helpful with the specials and coupons.

I am always very satisfied with GIant. They have extensive kosher foods, a huge selection for glutenfree snd other allergies foods and even novelties. I am always pleased her and purchase far more than my intent!
