This place is just so slow getting meds ready, your doctors office might have send in your scripts hours ahead like from say one pm and five pm comes around and still nothing. Not good at all plus your meds be ready and and you have to be the one to call to know if it’s ready.

I've always had great experiences here. Team is very helpful and compassionate with both prescriptions and vaccinations.

The staffs there were so rude. Didnt even want to respond to my question. I picked up medicine for my grandma. But they asked for my ID instead. This was so ridiculous. The way they looked at us like i begged for medicine. If you work at pharmacy, you should be happy to help people. If not. Then quit your job.

The new tuna that they sell in the deli department is horrible.

The place is overwhelmed right now because they are also providing covid and other shots. They also may have been affected by the national shortage of pharmacy technicians. They seem to have hired new people, who are learning and probably doing their best, but it's kind of rough right now. The lines tend to be long, but no matter how long the lines are they don't have three people working the three cash registers they have. Sometimes there's just one poor person doing her very best. They haven't been answering the phone, and you should not assume that if your doc has called in a scrip or you have requested a refill through their automated phone system that you can go get it and it will be ready. Most likely you will get there and will be told it will be ready in an hour and it won't matter how many days they have had to fill it. It's interesting that they don't even apologize, as though it is perfectly normal to show up and find out that the scrip that should have been filled days ago is not ready. I have no less than 9 prescriptions with them. This is why so many people are switching to online pharmacies. The truth is they don't need your business and can't handle it. You'll be doing them a favor and making their lines shorter if you find another way to get your meds.

I waited an hour and twenty minutes to get a shot. I made an appointment online, but they didn't get the information, so I had to redo all paperwork. They were certainly busy that day, but this is just excessive. Also, one would think that the person administering the shots would not have his nose sticking out of his mask

No one is picking up the phone. Rang over 30 times and timed out to a busy tone. I have called 4 times with the same result. Anybody alive in this pharmacy?

Do NOT trust the automated system, and don't expect any sympathy or apology when you arrive a full day after the phone system says your presciption will be ready and they tell you they need to check and see if they have it and tell you to wait 30-40 mins. They don't care. Take your business elsewhere.

Had my doctor send over my prescriptions last week to this place. I checked the prescription status online, and everything indicates that my prescriptions were ready for pickup. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I was told that my prescriptions were not in fact ready, that they preferred waiting until contacted by the patient to fill orders. I was given a numbered ticket (didn't know this was a deli) and told me to wait another 15 minutes. I chose this place out of convenience, but since there is in fact none of that at this location I will be returning to CVS.

I don't know what has happened with this pharmacy recently but they never fill prescriptions unless you call multiple times. Recently they said the prescription was going to be ready on the following day and we can 2 days later and the prescription was still not ready. They'd had the prescription for a while. They used to call about refills and when prescriptions were ready and now there is always a wait and they never have prescriptions ready when they say they will. They do try to be nice though.

Absolute worst pharmacy experience ever. stand in long lines, get the wrong Rx. no one answers the phone, doctor cannot get anyone to take a call. phone call gets only multiple Covid shot messages. Can't even reach them to transfer Rx out to a different (i.e. Walgreens) pharmacy. Learn to make your Rx in your kitchen--it'll be faster than getting it here!

This is a nice older medium size Giant store that is surrounded by some horrible construction! It doesn't have everything you'll find at larger new stores but it is popular with local shoppers. The store is clean, organized and well stocked & has friendly employees. The produce department is good and I always check the discount section in the back of the store. I like buy a lot of fresh fruit & vegetables at grocery stores. Giant has good advertised prices & sells good quality items but to get most of them you must be enrolled in the shopper's program. It was easy to do so I did it. Now I just enter my phone number when I go to checkout to use the coupon. I can also get fuel rewards points here for gas at Shell stations. It is easy to clip the coupons online. The ads that are sent to your home often highlight great coupons like $0.99 per pound grapes but I don't like their requirement to spend at least $25. It'd be cool if it were only $10! Finally I do realize that there is fencing & construction surrounding this store but it would be nice if they fixed up the parking lot a bit. Until next time be kind to each other! #giant #produce @yelpdc #groceries

My medication wasn’t covered by my new insurance. Instead of calling me or giving me any notification, they just decided not to fill it. While waiting for the refill that wasn’t actually in process, I had to miss a day of my medication. When I don’t take my medicine I get severe sleep paralysis and a whole host of other side effects. This is not a medication I can simply stop taking. It needs to be tapered off slowly. It’s ridiculous and dangerous that they did not let me know before deciding not to fill my prescription. That is not something they have the right to decide and can lead to severe consequences for patients. I’m pretty sure this is illegal and will be looking into my options for addressing this.

This used to be a decent pharmacy, but now it is easily the worst in the area. Corporate policies have changed making it harder to get timely refills. Then it takes staff days to fill anything. They commit to having something ready at 2 pm, but don’t have it at 5 pm and leave you waiting around for an hour while they sort it out. The management is so terrible that it makes one wonder if the rest of the store is just as bad. I imagine that they can’t be great at food safety if they are this bad at everything else.

AVOID - Communication and follow-through have been very poor recently. I can't even count the number of hours that I've wasted as a result.
