Before attending PT, I was a little skeptical. Emily is the best. I had this extreme pain in my hip area and after going to Forever Fit my pain has subsided tremendously. It is worth the time.

Get thee to a nunnery! Or rather, if you are looking for a physical therapist, please sign up with ALEX THOMPSON at Forever Fit Physical Therapy. (as an aside: I am sure the rest of the staff is great as well, I just don't have any experience with them.)I had NONSTOP shoulder pain for months and months. I had already seen someone else (they who shalt not be named, and not at this practice) for about month, and they did not make a dent in the pain. Still there, still constant, still having me do the same stuff that wasn't working. I saw ALEX and within 1 1/2 months I was the one saying, I''m not sure I need to come in here anymore, my shoulder is completely healed!!! I have ABUSED the spit out it since then and no problems. Not a twinge, not a peep, just "what else you got old man" (that was my shoulder talking)A bit of a backstory to explain why this was incredible. I had shoulder pain off and on for about 3-4 years. I had been to another physical therapist, and the first time, had used up all of my thirty visits allowed by insurance. So a few months of PT twice or once a week. The shoulder was better, but i didn't feel confident with it. Then a relapse, a year or so later, and this time, same thing: went through all 30 visits and by the end, sort of better, but shaky, and i didn't feel like i could abuse it. Then a year or so later, it was buggin me again, this time worse than ever, more constant. So I went to see THEY WHO SHALT NOT BE NAMED and did a bunch of meaningless garbage (because it didn't help me) for a month and did not get better. Then I switched to ALEX and the story wrote itself, and I'm better now, and i want to help other people. It is not too much to say, he changed my life. The staff at Forever Fit is also great. In fact, when i had first called a few months ago, they could not fit me in for about a month and a half (that's why i went to THEY WHO SHALT NOT BE NAMED) ---but importantly, the person i spoke to on the phone felt so reassuring and wonderful, I was really bummed that i couldn't get in there right away, so i made the appointment a month and a half out and went to the other place. The rest of the staff: top notch and genuinely kind.As an aside: FOREVER FIT does not use physical therapy assistants, like nearly every other place does. You work with the physical therapist, themselves, the whole time.Bye for now!

I saw Emily Rizzo for a frozen shoulder. The treatment was very effective. She was great at explaining my condition and how the treatment works. The office is well run with responsive staff and a great online wait-list system for appointments. I highly recommend Emily and Forever Fit Silver Spring.

i had a great experience coming into forever fit physical therapy. i had really bad neck pain that had accumulated from stress and a locked jaw. about seven weeks later while working with Emily, i am in tip-top shape! i am able to work through any neck pain that arises from stress with the exercises provided to me, and my jaw is back to normal. i also always had a nice experience with reception. i would definitely recommend coming here for a stress-free and enjoyable experience

Forever Fit was a major component in my successful rehabilitation from my broken back. Sara personally took the time to listen and help me understand what happened to me and put in place a plan to help me get back to my pre-injury level of activities. She and her team made me gain confidence with every visit and always made me feel welcome and at ease. I have walked away with excellent knowledge about my injury and how to continue my exercises independently. I would highly recommend Sara and Forever Fit!

Wish I could give negative stars. Angela, the billing person, wouldn't refund the overcharge they demanded I pay: I used this business three times in January. On each occasion, they insisted the copay was $50, I showed them my insurance card which said the copay was $15, and they wouldn't budge. After the third time, I called my insurance company. While I was on the phone, my insurance company called them and reiterated that the copay was $15. They agreed to refund me the difference some time in February. When I called in February, they said the refund would be in March. When I called in March, they said it would be in April. During each of these calls, they said they send refunds only once a month, and they wouldn't tell me which day of the month that was, so in effect I had to wait until the end of the next month before I know whether they have ignored me again. When I called in May, they said they would reimburse me when they got around to it, refusing even to commit to paying me that month. Maryland passed a law last year that prohibits companies like this one from charging a copay higher than one's own primary care physician, so their initial charge was illegal. USG has a law that stipulates refunds of overcharges must occur within 60 days. I waited more than 100 days before finally receiving the refund check, and only then because I filed a formal complaint with my insurance company who said they would go after FF.Physical Therapist: My physical therapist at FF, Alex, appeared to take delight when I had trouble with exercises and was disappointed when I completed them with ease. Whenever I did exercises in front of him, he remained glued to his ipad. He didn't watch what I was doing, and never suggested corrections to my form. In sum, both the PT itself and the billing were horrible experiences.

I am pleased how Emily evaluated what seems to be going on and periodically evaluating and giving me exercises and activities according to my ongoing condition and progress, instead of simply following a rote series of exercises as I experienced previously at another pt center. She is also personable and encouraging, as are other staff here.

I came to Forever Fit due to a shoulder injury and had Anna who was great at walking me through what she was doing, and what benefits each exercise provided. She was very adaptable to what I could do and always had modifications ready. I noticed significant progress in the strength of the shoulder and reduction in pain. The exercises she gave me to do at home helped a lot to keep the progress going. The front desk staff was also very helpful and I never waited past my appointment time.

The entire staff is warm, wonderful and responsive. If you have pelvic pain you truly must see Michelle Price!Michelle has completely changed my life over the past three years. I started seeing her early 2020 with undiagnosed pelvic pain and incredibly limited functionality. She has helped me learn so much about my pain, given me so many tools to help manage it, and her dedicated care has improved my condition immensely. She worked directly with my physiatrist and was a truly invaluable part of my care team during treatment. My entire life has changed after working with Michelle. I can have a full life instead of just trying to manage in between pain episodes! I truly cannot express how lucky I am to have been her patient.

I have been seeing Michelle Price at Forever Fit Physical Therapy for a few months now and can't recommend seeing her enough! She has been really thorough in working to identify the root of my pain and always make me feel really comfortable during our visits. I also appreciate that they have late appointments available that work with my work schedule.

A few months ago I managed to tweak the muscles in my lower back. I sat up one day and they just started to hurt so much it was difficult to bend over and tie my shoes or get dressed. Luckily, my doctor prescribed me physical therapy sessions and a cancellation meant I got an appointment with a physical therapist for the next day. After a month of twice weekly sessions I am back to my normal range of motion and do not experience pain with daily tasks. Ana Miletich and Alex Thompson are exceptional physical therapists and the exercises they taught me help so much. I highly recommend this practice to resolve musculoskeletal pain.

I went here after a bad tibia/fibula break that had me needing to work up to putting weight on it and eventually walking on it after a couple months. Ana was the best. Scheduling and rescheduling was super easy. I would definitely recommend Forever Fit for physical therapy in Silver Spring.

I highly recommend Forever Fit, specifically Anastasia M. She's extremely professional and a great PT. During the session, she's focused and makes adjustments to push me within my comfort limit. Working with Anastasia and Forever Fit has been a very positive experience.
