Absolutely great experience with Lisa. She took her time when helping me choose the right frames. Once I received my order, I had issues with the lenses which, again, she took her time in assisting with. Very happy with the overall experience and customer service experience, thanks to Lisa.

On 7/10 I visited the eye doctor after several years away. I encountered 2 employees(Alejandro and Ken) that gave me patience, and superior customer service.They worked with me to find the best cost effective way in using my insurance and out of pocket payment expense. I had numerous questions which they answered me effectively. I stayed after closing and they still exhibited patience. unfortunately with the questions and going back and forth time ran out in processing my glasses. ill be going back with my daughter tomorrow to get her glasses and my glasee. I did get my contacts. II've been wearing contacts and glasses for closer to 50 years. I'm a very picky and sometimes hard to please customer but today I was pleasantly surprised that i encountered 2 superb employees that made me know for a fact that as long as they are employed at this location I will be bringing back my business to that location And encouraging my friends and family to bring their business to ken and Alejandro. Thank you For Eyes for these amazing

Staff member was nice however, if I knew when I made the appointment for my 6 year old that this was going to be a virtual eye exam I would have opted to take my son elsewhere. After the virtual exam, my child was referred out to an "in-person" exam. He didn't quite pass, probably due to his comprehension. We then waited for a while to check out due to the staff shortage and the staff filling in not knowing how to do certain duties. PLEASE INFORM PATIENTS WHEN CALLING FOR AN EYE EXAM THAT ITS GOING TO BE VIRTUAL!
As an adult I would have been ok, but not children 6 and under!!!
