Jason S is phenomenal! Once I shared the document I was interested in printed, he talked me through which type and size of poster board would be best. Given the timeliness of this order, he provided recommendations and completed my order within 15 minutes. I was so impressed by his service! Give him a raise! I am beyond satisfied with my experience.

I went in to return jeans with a prepaid label. I had my items packed in a brand new box with absolutely nothing on it and in perfect condition. The guy Jairo said it's fedex policy that I'm required to buy a fedex box for $13. I asked why and was told because the conveyer belt with ruin my box but magically their box's are indestructible. This place is full of frauds and liars.

Went to the store on a Sunday and I had a problem with the. Lady Manger I needed help she came to help me from a distance and when I told her I would wait for someone else that would help me her attitude gotten worse I didn't think I would have to tell her I don't see very well. I go there every Sunday and every one else is very helpful maybe she was having a bad day and when I was finished her Face expression was terrible no good customer service..for being a manager.

Despite the excellent service received, my package was mislabeled and sent to the wrong location. It has been hellish trying to get a solution where my package is ether returned to me or forwarded to the correct place. Not one single person is providing a solution nor willing to help. This has been a nightmare.

AJ , the manager, was just terrible. I had to ship a big box to Mexico City and a box to NYC and, before spending $1100, I had a couple of questions. She could have been helpful, polite and friendly but instead she chose to be just nasty and nothing else. Awful customer service. The trainee that assisted me when I first arrived was great, hopefully she won't learn anything from AJ.

My husband and I needed to contest a parking ticket. We don't have a printer at home, and we had used their fax machines on several occasions.I was unfamiliar with their scanners, so my husband asked AJ for assistance. She was professional and patient. She walkEd me through each step and stood by in case I might need further assistance. She also assisted us on how to attach the scanned document. She was a delight. I wanted to purchase envelopes and one of the other associates was very helpful and courteous, by showing us where they were and checking us out.

Yesterday I stopped by Fedex, got there at about 7:15 pm. When it was finally my turn around 7:30 ish, Heaven who assisted me told me they just closed their overnight shipping at 7 pm and that my other option was to have my item delivered Friday. Because the document is somewhat urgent, I entertained the idea until she told me it would cost me $90 for it to be delivered a day late. When I got home I went online and saw different fee's listed than what she gave me. Either way, FedEx fee's are ridiculous!

I needed super large prints of artwork for a show which was starting in a matter of hours. CJ was Incredibly patient with me, and the prints came out vibrantly gorgeous! and well before noon!

I like this particular location sure better than that Busted location in Eastern Market they always have office supplies to assist me with my projects I live in NE but I drive all the way to Silver Spring Location because they have it together
