The team at Far East Motors is friendly and helpful. They give a detailed report of any repairs and costs before beginning work. They do a great job and are cost conscious when working on my older model Ford Focus and Town and Country minivan. They have diagnosed AC/vent issues, cooling system repairs, have replaced our brakes,
done suspension work, tire repair, and general maintenance work on our cars. They always keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle repairs and diagnostics. They are a great local small business, I really can’t recommend them enough. John and his team stand behind their work and I trust their recommendations for my vehicles. I’ve had great experiences with Far East Motors.

Fantastic, speedy service at a fair price. After weeks of going back and forth with various dealerships on an A/C issue with my Kia Niro without resolution, Far East was able to take care of it in a weekend. Great service, and they keep you informed throughout.

I want to give a huge shout out to Paul and Amy at Far East Motors for all their help and dedication in getting my car fixed and back on the road. They were able to inspect my car the same morning it arrived at the shop and sent me a link with the full list of diagnostics, recommended repairs, and costs. Despite some difficulties and delays with my car insurance, they were super reassuring and kept me posted the entire process. I really appreciate them for being so kind and accommodating. The entire Far East Motors staff displayed great customer service with quality mechanics, and I’m so glad I entrusted them with my car. I highly recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to return there for any future car repairs!
