They did not have what I needed and I found the mechanic dismissive and less than helpful. At first he was to busy eating his lunch to even talk to me. I went to Firestone to get professional and Curtious service. This place will never get my business again.

The clerk here is a DUMBASS. Had an attitude because he refused to count money. After convincing him he finally counted some coins we had. I appreciate his desire to DO HIS JOB. But still it's unacceptable. I know no one wants to do his JOB but he should take PRIDE nomatter what. He got loud and aggressive. Had it not been because I am calm and got even more loud then him. He would have tried to dominate me and my fiancé. Rude f****** man
