The service was very poor this morning the lady attending to customers had to let another customer cut in front of the line whiles we were there waiting to be attended to, it was very unethical of her she didn't even have the audacity to apologize, today will be my last day in there.

Please do not take your car to Sam the mechanic at this Exxon. The mechanic is not a good person. A friend from church referred me to the mechanic that works at this Exxon gas station. I had problems with my Turn Signals working improperly which can be dangerous when driving if they are not working improperly. Instead of telling me he did not know how fix this particular car problem the mechanic by the name of Sam went to You Tube in front of me to see how to fix the problem. He told me what part to buy and gave me a price for his labor to install it. He told me to call him so I could set up an appt. to install the part I needed to buy. It took me a while to buy the part as I am unemployed and a 4 time cancer survivor so money is hard for me. I called Sam repeatedly and he consistently put me off 4 times telling me I was not a customer worthy of an appointment. I waited 3 weeks and finally showed up at the mechanic in person. I asked him if he could install the part the next day as he told me it was a simple and fast fix. He smiled at me saying he could not as he had a doctor's appt. It does not take all day to go to the doctor. It was clear that Sam did not want to fix my car at this point. Because Sam was so terrible to me I am posting this. He should have told me in the beginning instead making me drive around 3 weeks dangerously with bad functioning turn signals.

horrible customer service. I tried calling in to ask a simple question gentleman working jun 8th hung up the phone tired calling back wont answer.

I came here for a state inspection because it is close to my residence. Inspection was accurate and fair. But, you can for sure find places that provide an inspection for cheaper.

I took my car there for the state inspection. That time they took several hours which was pretty long but acceptable. However yesterday I came down there on my bike and asked for air pump. The man who worked there was extremely rude and did not let me pump my tire. Bad customer service, I will never take my car there again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called three times and the person hung up on me twice. When they answered the third time, I asked why they hung up and the person apparently didn't understand what I was saying. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO THIS SHOP.
