Fenton Street Exxon is my favorite place for car maintenance and repair. They have skilled mechanics who always deliver excellent work, and they perform their jobs with honesty and professionalism.
Among the team, one person truly stands out — Kuessi, who takes exceptional care of the customers. When my car battery died, he personally came to my location with a jumper, helped me start the car, and then brought it back to the shop, where the mechanics replaced the battery efficiently.
Since becoming a customer at this wonderful place, I have consistently received excellent maintenance and reliable service. I truly appreciate the mechanics, respect the owner, and admire the entire team.
However, Kuessi is different for me — he always goes above and beyond, especially in emergencies. His dedication, quick response, and care for customers make him a true asset to the business.

I did my inspection their and it's failled ,I fixed the the failed parts and when i go for reinspection they ignored me and waited for more time ,because i fixed the problems in another shope,evem the manager said i will check when i get time conclusion The worest service and manager in downtown .

Superb job! Thoroughly examined my mom’s new used car. Fair pricing. Friendly service with a smile. They even diagnosed and educated me about my car, then performed a same day oil change. I TRUST them with my mom. I think you can as well. :)

ALERT. DO NOT get gas at the Bel Pre Exxon, 2201 Bel Pre Road, Silver Spring, MD!!!!In the 5 years I have owned my car, I HAVE NEVER USED MID OR SUPREME GRADE GAS. I always choose regular.Just got into a fight with the staff about charging supreme prices for regular. They gave me the number for the manager and it led right back to the guy I was fighting with.I'm done. They (and maybe Exxon as well) will never get another DIME from me.Please guys, watch your receipts and do your math.

I gave them 15 dollars and after I went out to fill gas , they told me it was only ten dollar. They waited me to got out to take five dollars from me.

Recently moved from Virginia, and needed a Maryland State Inspection.Station is located in a quaint area in the heart of downtown Silver Spring. I will mevet shop or fixing my car they are not good i take my car to do oil change they just put the oil what i bought they don't change the filter charge me 45 doller now i have to do another oil change lessthan 24 hour

I was there with 4 brand new tires for my Toyota RAV4 ( 225/65 R 17- H 102) to replace. The people in the shop/office are awesome but the mechanic does NOT know what he is doing at all!!!! He said my tire sizes are not correct for my vehicle because for him, on my old tires, there's a V at the end. While on the new tires, we have H 102. That is the reason why the tires can't fit, he said. . He does not know that those numbers are simply the load, the speed of tires. V simply gives you higher speed than H. That's so terrible that he does not know that simple thing. He told me to reorder my tires for no reason.... Here I am with the same tires at PepBoys, and the mechanic is replacing the same tires with no issues at all. Well, I am just saying, so you know at least what kind of mechanic you'll deal with when you decide to go there....

The owner, Sunny, is a kind and trustworthy man. I moved here from a state where no inspection is necessary. When I learned that Maryland requires this, Sunny made me feel secure that he would make sure it passed, and it did. Yes, it cost me money. But I know my car is running top notch. Thanks, Sunny!!
