Would give zero if I could. Angelique Daniels is probably the worst person I’ve ever had to deal with. She is intentionally grossly uninformed and has run me around in circles with her lies and misinformation. I was hit and injured by a drunk driver and she had purposefully made my life so much more stressful as the drunkard is insured by them. Where is the ethics? Where is the sense of morality? Do you feel good ruining peoples lives Angelique? My boyfriend was also injured and they have yet to contact him. What a joke. Y’all are disgusting humans. Karma will get y’all ??

Would give 0 if I could, I was hit by a reckless teenager in a vehicle insured by them on 7/2 after having my insurance company finally push them into looking at the car it was deemed a total loss as of 7/13. They won't respond to me unless I have my mother call them (I'm 33) haven't paid any bills but want to try & take the rental car from me before I can get another car because they haven't closed the old ones loan out. The bank (who knows the situation because I called them) called me 7/26! To inform me erie had STILL NOT contacted them for letter of guarantee... these liars continue to catch themselves in lies on their recorded lines. Hope you're ready for another lawsuit because I've already reported you to the insurance board & a lawyer.

I have been an Erie customer since 1977 for both home and auto. I have been completely satisfied. Recently, we suffered hail damage to our home and the Erie adjuster and claims department were wonderful. The claim was settled quickly.

I SEE A LOT OF YOU ON HERE ARE SAYING THAT YOU HAVE DEALT WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM "ERIE". ERIE IS BROKEN INTO AGENCIES. NO 2 AGENCIES ARE THE SAME. SO, EVEN THOUGH YOU MAY HAVE EXPERIENCED BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS AGENCY, PLEASE DO NOT STEREOTYPE OR GROUP ALL AGENCIES INTO THAT CATEGORY. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT DONALDSON & EMERSON, INC AGENCY IS THE BEST, AND THE AGENTS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TRY TO HELP THE CUSTOMER.

Terrible. Never responded to multiple voicemails and emails. I even warned Curtis Trim that I would leave a negative review and still no response. Filed a complaint with Erie customer service.

While is the corporate office, I highly recommend Erie insurance to any and all who value their time, money, and driving record. Erie is fantastic to have and to work for! Even as a third party vendor.

I like Erie. Cheapest insurance hands down. I like their service. I like how when you have a accident regardless if it's your fault or not. They send you a check to get your vehicle fixed right away. I like that.

Away from this company they are scammers, Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional let start with Pasquale Mangono he is a liar, disrespectful, rude, racist and he has big angry problems when he started liying I corrected him then handup the phone on my face and block me, I bed Erie insurance did not pay him chased their customers away me and my lawyer going to get big cooperative office information and sue all of them. and he lying to this lady name Celeta Davis about accident is was my kids father fault because Nissan say his steering wheel did not have problem very funny my kids almost got killed because suddenly his steering got stuck and the car went off the road hitting the curve thanks God at time I was in office when I was talking to her and put my kids father on the phone when she was trying to change his words I advised I was recording all the conversations since they all a liar thanks God I did now she know that I know my right she hand up the phone I called Nissan and Nissan say they never told them it couldn’t happened but they test drive car yes it not happens so they will make sure check it out to make sure it won’t happens again and I after called back with her liar now denied saying that so I played her recording she thinks I was joking when I advised I am to recording her since. They better fixed my car since we are pay full coverage plus I will waiting for the letter saying that Cheick is at fault now they got wrong person also will sue them pennies plus my children too I will make sure my lawyer list all of them on the paperwork I will sue all of them have accent don’t mean we stupid I have 2 business my self plus LegalShield they will hear from us very fun. They cheap because they don’t plan to do anything when something happened this is worse company who disrespect their customers plus block them wow, they are call news channels to go them because my work there. Any machines in world can fail even person who makes Nissan cannot quarantines that machine can fail only Brian was respectful but honestly don’t see any action taking by him yet

NEVER BEEN A CUSTOMER AND WILL NEVER BE .I was shopping for a car and did not really know what insurance company would be best for me ( service , price , offers ) so i tried to get quotes from multiple companies . My coworker told me about Erie so I went on their website and filled out the application to get a quote . they just gave me a quote for liability online so i decided to call to know what will be the price for full coverage . first of all the first person after 10 min on hold , picks up the phone and doesn't understand any words i am saying . i talk and she respond back in Spanish . I asked to talk to someone that speaks English as i can't communicate in Spanish . she puts me on hold for about ten minutes . someone picks up the phone , i explain her that i am trying to get a quote for full coverage . she asked me why am I calling THEIR office ? i said thats the number i was given at the end of the application she said okay let me put you to someone that can check for you . i waited 5 minutes to talk to someone that can pull out my quote from their system . she comes back to me and says i was able to find your quote but unfortunately i can't offer you a better price . I said i don't want a better price . I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHATS THE RATE FOR FULL COVERAGE . SHE SAID YEAH SORRY I CAN'T OFFER YOU INSURANCE AND HANGS UP !!! WOW
