Everyone was very helpful and kind, especially Shaq. When my first vehicle was not cleaned, he apologized and offered to show me any vehicle they had on the lot, no extra charge. He went above and beyond.

This location has the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Very friendly and attentive staff. If I need a rental car this will be the only place I go from here on.

I made a reservation, I asked what documents I had to bring to pay with a debit card, and I brought everything they asked me to do , and when I got there they told me no, that they couldn't give me the car, that they had different policies than the customer service center, and they did not solve anything for me, it was a waste of time, I could have gone to another place to rent and now it is late because everything is closed, they have false information in the customer service center, I had to pay $50 dollars from Uber and who will answer for their irresponsibility?? nobody!! false information, and bad attention. definitely do not trust this place for an emergency, I do not recommend it, unless you want to waste time and money.??

I have been renting from Enterprise for years and the experience has only gotten better. The staff at this specific location, Briggs Chaney, is very courteous and professional and each vehicle I have rented has been superb in every respect.

I recently used this enterprise location and was assisted by Michael at the front counter. This young man was knowledgeable, professional and helpful when dealing with me. In fact, because of his service rendered, I choose this same location the following weekend for my rental needs. Keep up the good work Sir.Additionally, That locations Branch Manager (Evelyn Georgiev) needs a little sensitivity training… I over heard her speaking with another potential customer and she didn’t seem to give two F…..s about explaining to the customer the requirements needed, to rent a vehicle at enterprise…..

I had my car ? in the shop. Enterprise picked me up and allowed me to leave the car at the shop when my car was ready. The driver was very friendly. The guy who checked me in - forgot his name but he had a Jamaican accent was amazing. I was very frustrated about the whole car in the shop situation; his customer service skills brightened my day. ?????? three thumbs up‼️‼️‼️

Horrible vehicle. It was the worst trip to and from Maryland. I called enterprise to have the vehicle switched because dashboard light kept disappearing while I was on the highway and a strong smell of transmission or motor oil. I prayed that we a family of 5 would not get stuck. Enterprises said call back by Thursday or Friday and we might have something available. Really!!! The worst service EVER!! Never again. I will post on Yelp, Google and anywhere else needed to be.

I made my reservation for a car rental on the phone with Enterprise and was told I could schedule a pick up, which I did. The store calls me 10 mins before closing time to let me know that I will not be getting picked up, without offering any alternative option. The saddest thing is the agent confessed that the people at the reservation desk make mistakes often. At the very least, the customer should be accommodated and the internal processes need to be revisited. I will not return so easily to that company.Update: The gift that keeps giving: The next day, I made it to the office to pick up the car. They canceled my reservation, without my request. I had never received any notification of cancellation. I asked that they help me get another reservation in another Enterprise branch. They gave me a list of branches and said that I needed to call all other branches myself. They would not assist me. I eventually got a car from Avis/Budget.I complained here and got the "response from the owner". I wrote as Chris requested and am still waiting for a response, over a month later.
