Blue Pearl Buffet long lines move quickly. Shopping is great , no crowds while waiting at cash registers.

this place has been amazing for as long as I've been living in silver spring. the stores are full of a great variety of things, and sometimes I don't know what to get!! to be fair, some of the stores, like Burlington and Dave and buster's, seem to be on the decline, but that's part of the charm. across the street, there is a plaza that has an ice skating rink in the winter, and music and farmer's markets in the summer. the surrounding restaurants are amazing, and everything is within walking distance. I can't even take any pictures, since they wouldn't be even close to capturing the feeling of this place. I hope to make more and more memories of this place for years to come.

Pretty nice! Lots of options. The only thing that I don't like is the wait times when it's Saturday or Sunday.

A little bit of everything in this local mall. Several public parking buildings are around. It is a busy place yet it does not feel overcrowded.
