I will NEVER purchase from them again. I was told that my delivery would be delivered by 5pm. It’s currently 5:22pm and it is still not delivered. Unacceptable. You lost a new customer who was going to order a birthday gift next week.

My order never got delivered. I placed it a day before valentines days and two different employees called me at 5pm on 2/14 telling me they didn’t have the flowers I ordered. So I replaced it with a bear, balloon and a dozen of chocolate cover strawberries. It never got delivered. I got home at 8:39pm and it said it was out for delivery since 6pm. It’s unacceptable how no one could have called me earlier in the day instead of 5pm so this could have been avoided and I am sure what I replaced my order did not amount to what I had originally ordered.

Great service, they were able to accommodate a last minute pickup order for one arrangement within an hour. Highly recommend!

I was in the process of purchasing an order when, the associate cut me off in mid conversation to say that she was too busy making another arrangement. The associate super rude. The associate took down my phone number and never called me back to place the order. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. Based on such a horrible experience here I will try another location. Wish I could give a 0 rating.

Fruit baskets are good and fresh. Service was good. Pricing is too high, but that's a corporate decision.

The amount of rudeness I received from this location all I wanted was to change my order delivery and “THE MANAGER” if she was even the manager got rude and nasty saying your order is still here and we can’t change the delivery to tomorrow because you called to late! If I called to late why is my order still there, then she proceeded to yell at me saying “are you sure somebody is going to be home because you waisting our time “ I said ma’am you don’t have to be rude and when I got quiet she hung up on me! So I called back asked her could I just cancel the order and get my money back she said NO yelling at this point I cannot give you a refund so I said you can keep the order she says okay I’ll keep it you still not getting your money back I have never felt so disappointed and disrespected in my life I do not recommend this location she was extremely rude hope she wasn’t the manager long story short I got my money back anyways and I refuse to shop at this location again they need to work on customer service and making the customer comfortable. Unacceptable Edible!!!!

It's almost 5 and the gift I sent my mother has not arrived. The instructions are to call the store to check on delivery, but of course they are not answering their phone. Does not want to make me do this ever again, what's the point. Instead of a happy surprise I'm left furious and my elderly mom is disappointed...on Mother's Day. Not even close to being worth the money I shelled out. I chose EA because I wanted to be sure this wouldn't happen and I wasn't comfortable trying a new company, next year I may as well as it seems Edible Arrangement is not as reliable as it used to be. It's one thing to be expensive but dependable, expensive and can't be counted on is an incredible fail. And it was quite expensive. Worth it when I thought it was going to be a fantastic surprise for my mom, but service has delivered a fail and now it seems silly to spend money on something like this, won't make that mistake again.

These people showed me nothing but love today. I asked for a last minute order before they closed and they took care of me. My fiancé is very happy with the edible arrangement. The manager even gave me an extra balloon that says “I love you”. I will definitely be returning here because they know to handle customers and know how to handle orders in a flash without any complaints! Oh I also want to point out that I had no idea what to order and they were able to provide the perfect suggestion based on my budget. Thank you Edible Arrangements - Silver Spring!!!

Delivery person was fantastic! Go a fruit arrangement as a gift. The melon literally tasted like nothing and the rest of the fruits were fine… I don’t like writing bad reviews because it hurts business, but sadly this was just too bad :(

The quality hasn't changed. The prices have but it's worth every penny. The employees are so friendly there that you don't want to leave. I really LOVE this place. Best candies in the world!!

I ordered a sympathy arrangement and it was left on the doorstep in 100 degree heat. Within 15 minutes of bringing the delivery in the house the chocolate was melted and the fruit was mushy. I have been trying to get in touch with the store but no response. They do not pick up the phone and I don't want to leave a message. This is not the impression that I wanted to give to a person who was grieving and loves edible arrangements. Ver disappointed. If the store reads this please respond.

Fantastic customer service from Loida at this Silver Spring store location. I had placed my order at a different store (the Rockville store). The Rockville store delivery person decided to just leave the fruit basket outside on the walkway of the recipient's house since she wasn't home. I got an email with a photo of the fruit basket just sitting there unrefrigerated, where insects or animals could have gotten in to it. I repeatedly tried to call the Rockville store and there was no answer. Finally in desperation I called the Silver Spring store. Loida picked up and went out of her way to help me resolve this issue-- and it wasn't even her store! Thank you Loida for saving the day!
