“Today, 08/13/2024, I went to the bank to be served and witnessed a horrible scene.
A customer yelled at the employees and especially at the manager.
The manager tried to minimize the situation, but the customer banged on the door, wanting the person the manager was helping to leave so she could serve him.
I have never seen such rudeness in my life.
And the manager remained calm and apologized for what happened.
The customer's attitude was regrettable.”

“My personal experience with this bank has been excellent so far. I opened an account with them for my business recently and the transaction was seamless. I also visited another time for an ad hoc check, and I was able to acquire it with no issues. Parking is a breeze; the bank is pretty new, so it is clean and updated. There's security presence inside. Customer service was excellent during both visits. The manager personally came by and introduce herself and ensured that everything was going accordingly. She and the staff always greet me pleasantly when I leave after each transaction. Not sure if it is the same staff that was there for all the one-star reviews, but my experience was deserving of 5 stars.”

“The staff at this location deserves praise and proper thanks for everyone to see! Taiwo Agiri quickly came to our rescue once arriving at the bank, after discovering a fraudulent money transfer that could potentially steal money from the company account. It appears that hackers and thieves are even more capable today, being empowered by the new technology and AI available. However, Taiwo and her team, including the Bank of America customer service staff, were able to successfully stop the fraudulent transfer as well as offer a solution with a security plan for the future. The fraud was experienced near closing time, just before 4pm, and this incredible staff stayed an extra 2 hours past their shift, to bring immediate resolution to this time-sensitive issue. Thank you from our entire team!”
“A great small bank, every time I come in they address me by my last name and look happy to see me. Especially a banker name Dorian. He remembers my preferences and is always happy to help. Every time I have a problem or a question, I call and Dorian is very to help. He never forgets to return my calls and salve every issue. Will defiantly recommend this small bank that makes me feel like family. All the other workers are great as well, I just don't remember all of their names :)”

“I don't even bank here but I was impressed by my visit I had to review. I was in desperate need for quarters for my apt's coin laundry in the basement down in Glover Park. I work out in Rockville and bank with a credit union with limited locations and hours so I was weighing my options for quick quarters so I can have clean laundry less than 24 hours before an international flight. When I arrive I was promptly greeted by two ladies who directed me to their business window. Predictably there was a long wait with it being a Friday compounded by the fact it was the weekend before the holidays. When I got to the window I asked to change 40 into quarters. Cindy asked me if I was a member. I said no fully expecting a finance charge. instead she gave me my quarters and mentioned that they do 20 fee free as a courtesy for non members but since I waited in line she obliged and gave me all the quarters I wanted. I wish that Wells Fargo as an entity matched the level of service of their own branch employees which would compel me to bank with them. U”
