I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was very rude. I did not like this and it really hurt my feelings and now I know that I will not be going to the salon. when I asked questions, she would get very frustrated with me and not let me my question which frustrated me, and when I called her back to finish my question, she started screaming at me and hung up on me immediately.

Don’t go to Delima hair designers. I’ve been there a few times and I am hoping they improve to support their business. They are very rude, disrespectful, and they talk too loud across each other nonstop while they cut your hair. The place is very dirty.

My barber was great and he did good for the haircut I asked him to do. The only thing was the environment, place could have been a little cleaner, more organized, and develop a workplace culture.I understand sometimes some places only serve its own community and culture but it’s helps to integrate a professional perspective as far as not hurting your own reputation.For example, he would stop to talk on the phone, when one leaves for the day he was hugging and kissing everyone in the shop including those with customers.Nothing, bad but some things could have happened differently.

The barbers are very professional and the prices are good. They also don't leave you waiting in the chair if there is a barber available.

If I could give it zero star I would give it a very well done ironing for $50 that didn't even last a few hours, I recommend it!!!!!

I paid 130 for a dye... and they didn't know how to give me the color I asked for... I was disappointed... ?? it's not worth paying for something if they don't know how to do a good job

If you are African American do not go here. The owner does not want you there. You will be talked about, mistreated, and disrespected. This shop is filthy, the employees and owner are prejudice and unprofessional. They will be reported to the board of health aswell as reported for discrimination.
