My husband and I just got an ID.4! We had a great experience, everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Brandon! We went to two other VW dealerships who told me the color I wanted was impossible, but Brandon said he could get it and he worked hard until he did! Extremely grateful and happy! Highly recommend this team.

My sister got an appointment for a Friday to get a diagnostics test for her GTI. She dropped of the car around 11AM and she was told that she would get a call back by 6 pm the same day. They called on Saturday (the next day) and said they wouldn't be able to do anything with the car until Monday. Why did they take the car in when they could not take a look? But to make matters worse they LEFT THE CAR ON! My sister went to pick up the car on Saturday to take it elsewhere and IT WON'T TURN ON BECAUSE THE BATTERY IS DEAD! The only issue the car had was that the front lights were off and the bulbs needed to be changed. Do not take your car here, it is not worth the headache!

I had a really great experience getting my new VW at DARCARS yesterday. The salesman, Daniel, did a really great job and fought hard to win my business. Both Nick (finance manager) and Mo (sales manager) were a pleasure to work with. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and actually trustworthy - which is something that is hard to find in a car dealership. I had a similar experience at DARCARS Jeep several years ago so I think this company is doing something right!

I bought my car on April 6 (over 3 months ago). Until today, i have not received my license plate. My temp tag expired 2 weeks ago which i have informed multiple staff members and everyone promised me they would send me one but i haven’t received it. Every time i spoke to someone in Finance, Tags&Title, and general manager. They told me there’s some paperwork missing. I have filled out the same paperwork 3 time in the office. Still walked out without a tag. The general manager assured me i should be ok driving with an expired license because “no police will pull you over”. It’s illegal for Darcars to not do something about my tag.
