This place Worse, I came in months ago to make a service for my car tire rotation !! They liar. They didn’t fix what’s going on. I came back today to talk to customer service Carlos his name is Carlos. He missed my day guys. Don’t go there. They liar the worst car dealer. I have recall for a CRS airbag so he’s still asking me I have to pay I’m believable!!

Horrible experience… I made an appointment for my car maintenance yesterday and was told over the phone I wouldn’t have to pay because I had Toyota Care. I go in today for my appointment to find out that the representative I spoke with on the phone lied about my Toyota Care being active. The representative of today told me my new total was $93 and I agreed cause I was already there. I come back a few hours later and they tell me my new total is $150?! After approximately 20 minutes of them talking they come to me and tell me that they were able to bring it down to $129. To change the price 3 times is absolutely ridiculous.

I took my car for a safety recall. I had a very bad experience at the service center. Long waiting hours even if u go by an appointment, very unprofessional customer service from a representative named Khadija, and wrong Paperwork which they finally got fixed.

It's too bad Google makes you give at least one star, because frankly they deserve none. We took our car in for a routine oil change after making an appointment to do so; they told us 2 hours and sold us an upgraded service plan; and after nearly 5 hours, my wife finally pulled the car out of line and we're going to take it somewhere else. To anyone reading this who manages the service center at DARCARS Toyota: staff up; only make appointments you can service; and get organized. There are lots of places to get an oil change, and we will not be back.

I took my vehicle in for a safety recall and a tire rotation. I had less than 6,000 miles on the odometer. Upon returning home straight from the dealership, I noticed an approximately 4-inch scratch along my fender. I checked my vehicle after being serviced but I didn't look hard enough before I drove it off the lot. This shouldn't be needed but if you take your car to get serviced here, be sure to take before photos and do a careful visual inspection before your leave.

Check in took a long time, Service took longer than they stated it would, Service consultant gave me the wrong paperwork. I have been calling for information on my correct car, but have been on hold or transferred for over 20 minutes. I don’t have the time to deal with this.

This place is horrible. They have bad customer service. No one return calls and always give you the run around or act like they don’t know what’s going on. You’re on hold for 20-30 minutes before being transferred from person to person. Once they get the sale they don’t care about you. I have been waiting on my tags since March 2024 with no updates. I do not recommend this dealership.

Ricky, the manger of the store i suspect, is the a genuine guy who wholeheartedly wants to make his customers happy. He is the example of what a car salesman should be. I will be recommending all my friends to go to his dealership. Sean K. is also very knowledgeable in this field and did a fantastic job showing me cars and explaining the whole process. Only reason why this review isn't 5 stars is because S. Antony Rozario in finance made very inappropriate jokes (ex. "you're my worst customer", "stop being so dramatic", "I understand why your ex boyfriend left you", "I feel like I should hug your ex boyfriend", "tell your boyfriend to stop by and ill give him a good deal now" and other jokes), I expressed how it made me feel once but didn't do it again because I wanted the car and wasn't sure how things would play if I expressed my emotion as a female. I will be going back to that car dealership but only because of Ricky and Sean K. Antony Rozario is the epitome of misogynistic car salesman.

My sales representative Emmanuel went over and beyond to make my car buying at ease.. I was referred to him, and now that I've experienced him, I will refer him to my friends. The customer service for repairing your car is bar none, I trust getting my car repaired here. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Worst service center in the DMV. Management is irresponsible and incompetent.
