Stay away!!!The sale people have no clue about the products theirs selling (I use that term loosely) or the warranties. Management? Where? Never saw any or helped by any. Couldn't get calls returned by anyone. Oh and the real thing to watch out for is this DARCAR ASSURANCE. Watch your paperwork as this useless add-on will magically appear on the paperwork for thousands of dollars. You use to get great service when you're spending 50/60k. Now? I assure you.... You won't find it here.

Very positive experience for my wife and I at Darcars Lexus of Silver Spring. The level of service and attention provided by staff (highlighting our sales consultant Bayo Ojo, financial services manager Alex Rashid, and General Manager Berry Feiz) was outstanding. Our questions answered, our concerns addressed, our goal accomplished. We walked in with our hopes and drove home with the car we wanted. Thank you!

We experienced great customer service from George J. and Matt M. Both were very professional, not pushy, and answered all of our questions. They and sales manager, Jeff, gave us a good deal in our 2024 RX. Queanna was also super helpful on the financing side. All in all a pleasant experience for this first time Lexus owner!

Many kudos to Kirt Gibbs (Director of Preowned Sales). He went above and beyond to make my purchasing experience great, including by delivering the car to me. Also fantastic was Alex Rashid in finance. He patiently explained everything but also kept it moving so I wasn’t there all day.

I couldn’t be more happy and appreciative of Sam’s help and reassurance on purchasing my 2024 Lexus RX350 F Sport Handling ! His energy was infectious and his smile was so big it lit the room! Above and beyond is an understatement, and he was a straight shooter, which is what I love! I hate the back and forth and he was everything but that! Special thank you to Stephen Enilolobo Salesman & Jose Guerra in Finance. Between the two of them, they helped my Mom find her dream car and walked her through step by step. I live out of town and was not able to be there. My mom has not purchased a car in the past 20 years and this was very new to her. They were extremely patient with her and explained everything step by step. They made a seamless experience for my Mom and I cannot thank them enough. The entire team at Silver Spring was welcoming and great the entire process. Nina was amazing with answering all our questions and made sure the car was perfect and ready upon arrival. Ryan the sales manager, went above and beyond for us and helped get me the car with tremendous customer service. Nina and Ryan were great and made the process easy to get a new car!
