The worst place for service. Their online price gave me $200 and I was asked $450 which is insane for just oil change and tire rotation. Don’t come here. Even if I live closer I will use different location

I live five minutes from Lindsay Lexus in Virginia, but I still make the drive to DARCARS. Why do I do it? Because the employees at DARCARS make an effort to take care of their customers. They listen, they communicate service options, and they take the time to make the experience as pleasant as possible.

I called yesterday to schedule for service and was very impressed with Mr. Tyrone Brown of the call center. He was amazing. He was so polite , answered all my questions accordingly and politely. He made me feel so comfortable bringing my car in for service. Mr. TYRONE, to me is an asset to the company. I wish I could meet this person face to face and really thank him. The way he communicates with people, will invite more customers to the dealership.

If I could put zero stars I would, however recently,
I took my vehicle to be serviced at Lexus in Silver Spring where I routinely take it. I took it in for an oil change and to see what else needed my attention. After having my vehicle for 3 weeks, when I received it back my passenger side window had a crack in it and my display screen was blacked out. My bluetooth and radio still worked just the screen was out. I brought it to the service advisors attention and they all told me it would be a fee to diagnose it. I asked why would it be a fee if my screen was working when I dropped it off and they told me that all they did was change the oil and it has nothing to do with my screen and passenger side mirror.
I've requested to speak with the director of Service Nguyen and General Manager Berry for the past 6 months and they've ignored me and won't call me back. Ryan in Sales is the only person that was kind to me and helpful. Ryan tried his best to assist me and didn't have any luck. My service advisor Jason is always helpful and professional but recently was limited in his capacity to assist me because Nguyen is his direct supervisor and Nguyen banned me from getting service and a loaner vehicle. Nguyen also fabricated an outstanding balance from June 2023. I've been financing my service through Sunbit for about 2.5 years- I have 100% payment history as it reports to the credit bureaus. Moreover, I have been coming to this service routinely every 3 months for years and now all of sudden I have a balance.
I’ve been coming to this service department for 5 years and the one instance I speak up about a minor issue the retaliation is to ban me, ignore me, hang up the phone on me, lie on me and disregard me. It's my belief that I'm being discriminated against. This conflict shows this is their normal behavior of handling situations and comfortable with it. I have never been disregarded and insulted in my life. The resolution I desire is a written apology, in-person apology, my ban lifted, my screen fixed, my mirror repaired and I still wouldn’t return to this location.
The GM Berry and Service Director hasn’t been available these few months to call me back and/or have a meeting to reconcile this minor situation.
I use to speak highly of this location and that is no longer, I highly recommend another alternative service location.

DARCARS Lexus Service has extended service hours, which is a major factor for my switching dealerships. DARCARS has provided comparable service of my previous Lexus Service center.

There customer service department is the worst I've ever seen. I had a 7:45 am appointment for my truck to be serviced. They pushed me off onto someone I've never seen and at 8:10 after I still wasn't checked in, I was told I had to wait longer. Unacceptable! I left. No coffee, no water, no fruit or snacks for customers waiting. I'm never bringing my truck there for service. Definitely won't purchase from there either. Employees have a piss poor attitude.

Alex who is my service representative provides number 1 tip top service. He is professional, very attentive and listens to the customer's needs and goes above and beyond to meet them. Jason and Ann are the wheels that keep the dealership moving not only is every experience top notch . You feel like you're getting what you paid for by owning a luxury car. You feel like you are cater to and they do everything and they can do to make sure that you're more the satisfied with getting the best quality parts and service. I have bought first Lexus here and and the one I currently own for my business I have never had any problems with anything for the past 10 years of dealing with this company. I'm thoroughly impressed by their patience and understanding. I will always get my car serviced here once you find a good barber you never go anywhere else..lol I'm I'm very impressed by the level of professionalism and care that they take not only with me but the others that I see there. They don't try to overcharge you for prices or take advantage you in any type of way. They're very clear as far as explaining everything that's wrong with your car and why repairs are necessary to continue the longevity.Jason has time and a time again has gone above and beyond to make sure that I have everything that I need. He needs a raise or promotion one of the best assets the company has and needs to be recognized.
