I made an appointment 10 days ago for 8/26/24 they took me in early I explain what my problem was and within an hour it was totally resolved I’ve been in customer service for 40 years and these folks are the best at what they do I would not hesitate to recommend them. I came here to purchase a certified pre owned dodge and spoke with Remy over the phone about a specific car I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership the had the car pulled up but it was very dirty on the outside. I introduced myself to Remy, and he had his airpods in the whole time and was watching something on his phone that seemed more important than helping me. He called me the wrong name several times even after I corrected him and gave him my license to make a copy of. When we went to look at the car outside he just gave me the key and didnt explain or show me anything even though it was a used car it was certified pre owned model of something they sell currently. While on the test drive he was still on his phone watching a video with his airpods still in not really paying attention to me at all. After the test drive I asked if he could wash but he kept refusing for no apparent reason. I was surprised he had not had the car washed before I arrived as I had spoke to him around 9am about my interest in the vehicle and had shown up around 4pm to look at it. I then spoke to Terrell Bullock the General sales manager and he also came over and called me the wrong name which I politely corrected. Terrall called me the wrong name several times after I had told what it was which I didnt enjoy at all. After requesting someone else to go over the vehicle with me I was introduced to Will Shorter. Will was very nice, respectful, polite and as helpful as he could be, but he was a newer salesman and was very unfamiliar with the vehicle so that wasn't very helpful. While on the test drive I noticed the brakes were vibrating and I mentioned it to Will and asked if the service department could look at it before I picked the car up. After picking up the vehicle and driving it I noticed the brakes will still vibrating when applied and I also noticed some of the tires had dry rot and I wasnt sure how that is acceptable for a certified pre owned vehicle. I have reached out to Will about the issues I have noticed in the week and a half since having the car and he has yet to return my call to help me address these issues.
UPDATE 08/22/2024
The general manager Jose Lasanta called me on Tuesday 08/20 after he saw my review and spoke to me about some of my issues with my purchase and the vehicle. He told me to bring it in so they could check the car out. Wednesday afternoon he gave me a call back and informed me that the vehicle wasn't properly inspected by the last dealership and that they would replace my pads and rotors in the front and also they would fix the auto dimming that had not been working either. Jose also had someone from the dealership drop me back off at base after I had dropped of my car. I'm very happy they ended up helping me out and getting my car fixed and back to me in a timely manner.

Kyle the financial advisor is amazing he has realistic outcomes. He made the financial process a breeze. Love this place love my new car.

I was today with Sam (sales) and Kyle (finance) at DARCARS Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of silver spring and was they were both really helpful and tried trying there best to get me in the car I came for. Kyle was working really hard to get me to my price range if you want a car this is the spot to go. Once again Ty to Kyle and Sam.

Cannot say enough great things about the guys here at DARCARS Silver Spring. I had been taking my vehicle to the service department for some time now. Sean in service was always pleasant, extremely helpful and consistent. For me, peace of mind is one the most important things in owning a vehicle and I always had that when I brought my vehicle in.
I also have to add, having a vehicle rental on location is also one of the best things about the service department.
I am also a new owner of a vehicle purchased at this location. Alex and Kyle were excellent in getting me the vehicle that I requested and providing the service and peace of mind that was needed. Thank you all so much!!!
