I don't know what's wrong with their phone or if they just don't answer it, but this is an okay pharmacy. I don't think any of the staff have ever been rude around me like other customers have said, but I nearly always have to wait awhile in line.

THE WORST! NEVER answer the phone and lacks customer service skills. I try to go for the convenience but it's more of a inconvenience.... Go to Beltsville or Burtonsville to maintain sanity.

Most are NOT Nice at all . Unacceptable behavior for patient service we already dont feel good and need our Medications the least these staff can do is just be nice and Professional!!! Easiest place to just pretend to give good customer service Our Lives Literally on Pharmacy hands yet we still Get Treated like trash. Such a Shame. I have no other option then to come here i Pray for Better Service such a sad world where we cant even get common courtesy anymore.

You WILL wait on hold 45 minutes plus. You WILL be treated rudely when you ask logical questions. You WILL have to call every single month to explain yet again, that you DON'T CARE what your insurance company covers, YOU and your DOCTOR have decided on the best medication for you and explain, as you do every month, sometimes multiple times for the same prescription, that you have a prescription card from the manufacturer and it is in the file. This WILL delay the ability to get the medication you need. When talking to the "pharmacy manager", you WILL be told the reason is lack of training with ABSOLUTELY no irony. Isn't a manager's job to make sure their staff know HOW to do their job? It was when I was one. I was responsible for all of that. He does not see that as part of his job. And isn't this really important in healthcare? Simply put, they do not care. At all. Move your prescriptions. Save yourself the hassle. You are NOT getting healthcare at this location, you are a number. A number they don't consider important. (Written at the 22-minute mark of my second call of the day and still on hold. The first call I waited an hour and twelve minutes.)

Sooooooo sloooooooow. The staff at this location sure take their sweet time getting stuff done which is why there is almost a long line every time I go in. Prepare to spend at least 10 minutes (maybe even 20 minutes) waiting in line. I never had this problem at my old pharmacy!

This pharmacy is an absolute disaster! They do not have a normal supply of commonly prescribed medications. The phone is never answered. Wait time in line is at least 15 minutes. The pharmacist who recently replaced Rodrigo can'tmanage his way out of a paper bag. All of the staff need to be fired and they need to get competent staff in there.

This pharmacy is a complete and utter disaster! They never have commonly prescribed medications in stock, the phone goes unanswered for 30 minutes, the wait time in line is at least 15 minutes. The staff is incompetent. When Rodrigo was the pharmacist in charge, things ran smoothly. Since this new pharmacist was put in charge , absolutely nothing works at all. Everyone needs to be fired and they need to hire competent staff.

Used to love coming to this pharmacy they used to have the best customer service. Now I get rude attitudes, or rushed off the phone when calling and I have to do most of the leg work before calling to inquire about anything. They don't call to tell you if a prescription needs an approval or if insurance won't cover it. I was there today and even though they were about to go to lunch. The counter person was extremely rude in letting me know they were closed for lunch and upon going back she was rude to a few other people as well. I will be looking for a new pharmacy to go to from here on out.

This place does not have their act together. Literally had a line of people waiting and the line was not moving for 15 minutes. How hard is it to pick up a prescription. Not organized at all.

Like others, I wish I could leave 1/2 star. Terrible sevice from this rude tall lady. Rude to another elderly lady, so I saw the pattern. This CVS policy is to only ring store items if you have a prescription there. Well. I was there for a vaccination, so I wanted to pay for my items. The clerk didnt offer any suggestions, she just said no and walked away. I decided to buy something behind the counter, so she had to ring my items. The policy stinks, but if this rude employee had critical thinking skills, she would have offered options for someone sitting there scheduled for a vaccination, who needed to purchase store items.The elderly patient was disabled and picking up a prescription and was rudely told by the same clerk that she couldn't wait at the counter. Again, offering no options. CVS: Find people who don't hate dealing with the public.Won't be returning, but obviously they don't care. They have so much business.

Terrible customer service ever. I was sent to this particular cvs to pick up medication for my child and they didn't have it, as I was told. I was then sent to another cvs (on baltimore avenue). They didn't have the medication there either. At this point, I felt as if I were being sent all over the world so I contacted the doctor that wrote the prescription. They said their reasoning for sending me all over the area was because CVS doesn't accept my insurance. It would have been nice if someone from CVS just told me that from the very beginning versus sending me all over the world. And it was not one, but two CVS. Also, for the CVS on Baltimore Avenue, I had to flag down an employee because the workers were no where to be found.

I came in to get Covid test kit at the pharmacy on 07/16/22 @11:15.And the lady Infront of payed for food and other non pharmacy stuff, didn’t even pick up prescription and left but when it comes to my turn, the little Asian (that’s the best way I can describe him) refuses to cash me out. He wanted me to go all the way to the check out which is really busy.I don’t understand why, he got offended of me asking to be checked out. My family has standing prescription so I thought I wouldn’t be discriminated openly. Oh, yeah the lady Infront of me was white lady.I just got discriminated by an Asian man. What a joke.

Terrible customer service,waited one hour and every time I wanted to know if the prescription was ready they asked me to make a line I did the line 3 times,but a white person came and they just helped her,the Melania was unprofessional when given my medications.Just wish someone ( manager )address this people for real.
