The worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Takes forever to talk to a human, the "human" sometimes has a clue, you get told wrong information, when you get there you always get told something else and have to waste more time. DON'T waste your time or sanity.

1. Lines are crazy long most of the time2. Never answer calls. If they do they hang up3. Very rude and lack customer service skills.I wish I could give no stars because they don't deserve any. Medication is never ready. She is supposed to be on auto refill but her meds are tall out of whack. I should not have to wait to get info on my mothers medicine who is over 80, post double stroke and aneurysm, chronic pain, hypertension, diabetic and more. 3 days I have been calling. Nothing. They shouldn't have tried to be greedy when shoprite closed. They are overwhelmed.

Completely quick in and out. I came here for the CVS to get the flu and covid-19 vaccine and it was such a quick and easy process. I even forgot my covid-19 card and they sent over my confirmation via email instead.

0 start. The costumer service is so so bad. Also the pharmacy clerk (man) is so so rude and I feel discrimination from him and it's not the first time. Besides there is a hispanic women that is working back that when she is helping at front, she is very very rude too. Finally, I don't recommend this pharmacy and I will report it to the Montgomery County and other.Its not possible that we received as customers bad service and discrimination all time.

This pharmacy is a complete and utter disaster! They never have commonly prescribed medications in stock, the phone goes unanswered for 30 minutes, the wait time in line is at least 15 minutes. The staff is incompetent. When Rodrigo was the pharmacist in charge, things ran smoothly. Since this new pharmacist was put in charge , absolutely nothing works at all. Everyone needs to be fired and they need to hire competent staff.

Hire. More. People. CVS already ends up being one of the most expensive pharmacies without benefits like safeway (50 dollar coupon every 4th refill). I've never gone here without there being a problem or my meds not being ready, despite a text saying it was ready and me being in their system for almost 30 years. Genuinely worth the time searching for another pharmacy that takes my insurance. Plus a certain male pharmacist seems to be notorious in this area for being rude to his customers, just from listening in line and having been treated badly by him myself.

Terrible customer service ever. I was sent to this particular cvs to pick up medication for my child and they didn't have it, as I was told. I was then sent to another cvs (on baltimore avenue). They didn't have the medication there either. At this point, I felt as if I were being sent all over the world so I contacted the doctor that wrote the prescription. They said their reasoning for sending me all over the area was because CVS doesn't accept my insurance. It would have been nice if someone from CVS just told me that from the very beginning versus sending me all over the world. And it was not one, but two CVS. Also, for the CVS on Baltimore Avenue, I had to flag down an employee because the workers were no where to be found.

Busy location!! There's usually a line here so be prepared to wait. If you're in a hurry, don't come here. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, but some not so much! Kudos to one of the pharmacists, Chris - he's great! I came here last summer for my flu shot and the process was painless!
