We had some trouble getting a prescription through to the pharmacy. The pharmacist was very helpful and she spoke to the doctor by phone and helped us get the prescription through.

CVS SUCKS!!!! I have been in the medical field/ pharmaceutical for my entire career this is bad patient care with qulity assurance issues. CVS Caremark wants to keep all earnings for themselves and not take care of the customers & employees, also COVID is here to stay find another excuse! My mom had major oral surgery Today. I drove almost forty five minutes to pick up her 4 medications around 2:15pm. When I walked into the pharmacy and saw the cage around the counter then seemed to only have two staff members in the pharmacy just laughing in the background. I went up to the cage and asked if they could give me her medication, I told the unpleasant lady my mom just had major oral surgery on her mouth and her face is swelling and needs to start her medications for pain and infection. The nasty brown hair lady said come back when we reopened it is nation wide break and walked away. Now everyone that is awesome patient care, that's how CVS Caremark cares about humans and patients in this world because they don't want to pay to have proper staff members. When people have surgery or procedures and need medicine what do they do!? Go to another pharmacy, I hate CVS and never do I fill my prescription because of the money gready business they are! Who is getting all of that money is the question??? If insurances with Caremark demands for people to go to a CVS then why do they only have two or three employees and why do they need to shut down for lunch!? To close a major pharmacy for prescriptions to help people when they are in need for a lunch break. How dare CVS do that, and be so selfish because they don't want to pay for proper staff members to rotate through lunch? That's not proper patient care at all! Stop being greedy and pay people to work what they deserve to help people in need!! I will have my mother move her prescriptions to a pharmacy that doesn't close during normal business hours. Goodluck CVS employees!!!

Understaffed, like every other CVS I've been to. Tired of having to wait 30 minutes to pick up a prescription, terrible customer service because CVS refuses to hire new people. Absolute disgrace.

Needed a prescription for erythromyosin ointment. Comes in a box. All you have to do is put a label on it and it was going to be two hours! There were no customers waiting. There were three employees behind the pharmacy counter, and it was going to take two hours to print a label and stick it on a box! This is why I never use chain pharmacies!

The worst pharmacy imaginable. Their pharmacists always gave me hard time about filling my diabetes medication even though a different CVS pharmacy did this with no problem. Today when I presented them my manufacturer’s coupon for $25 along with insurance coverage the pharmacist quoted me at first $300, $150 and then $50 for what should have been nothing more than $25. This is outrageous.This is denying me vitally important medication and making this neighborhood pharmacy substandard in its care and poor service. I am going to contact their headquarters and if I don’t get a reasonable response I am going to sue.

I was having difficulty printing photos from the self-service computer but I couldn't figure out, one of the employees named Makia helped me with the photos for an duration of one hour so thank you to this employee for being so patient with me, I really appreciate it!

I was either given a faulty batch of medication or the wrong one. Firstly, the smell in the prescription bottle was very strong and smelled like metal. I took one pill and one hour later I felt metal on my breath and in my mouth. Then I had to vomit. A severe headache followed. When I felt better I called the Lamberton Dr pharmacy. At first The pharmacist didn’t seem interested and rattled off the rules and procedures for returning medication. I know there was something wrong with the meds but all he could say was “nobody else seems to have a problem with it!” I finally convinced him to contact his supervisor. He seemed very inexperienced and unprofessional to be working in a pharmacy. He didn’t even say to bring in the bottle to make sure I was given the correct pills and to see what this awful smell was about. Is this what CVS has aspired to? A customer is not to be believed?Terrible experience. I have yet to hear from anyone about the need to check the medication out !!

This cvs is a total disaster - my dr sent a prescription yesterday for two medications - picked up one today - they deny having received two - spoke to my dr over an hour ago and she said she would call it in again - just called cvs and they sent having received a call from herThe manager can’t do anything as he’s at the front of the storeMany of the shelves are emptySuggest this cvs be closed down.

I'm here at 7:20 am on a Monday and they aren't open despite the hours displayed on the door stating that they open at 7 am. Very frustrating.
